I see so much misinformation in these threads that sometimes, I just want to throw my hands up in despair.

Can you cite some examples of misinformation from this thread?

To name a few: that you can get MS from the flu shot; that the flu shot causes the flu; that vaccines are toxic compounds; that you can avoid pathogens by taking high doses of vitamin D; that a healthy diet and exercise will prevent you from getting an infectious disease. There are others, but that's what I remember off the top of my head.
