Seems whenever the Russians deploy a few ships they send an “ocean-going tug”. Speaks volumes about the reliability & serviceability of Russian combat vessels.

And the formal training of the Rusky Navy.

Gog meet Magog

That is exactly what I thought when I read the article. It is chilling. When I read first read prophecy over 25 years ago I could never envision how and why America would be among the countries “coming against Israel”. Unfortunately, now I know.

Well, that’s a relief!

I mean, considering that we’re going to be light on our naval presence in the region for some time with all those extraordinary repairs we’ll be making...

Just yesterday there was a thread about ours being turned back to port in Virginia. That flexibility is working to well for the kenyan.

No, they are not joining Obama’s “rescue fleet”. We already pulled our carriers out of there. See this: http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/162401#.UK59zVIZRQR

absolutely right!

anyone correct me if I am wrong, but in WWI and WWII, the US, Britain, Japanese and Germans engaged each other in many Naval Battles.

The Russians NEVER did, as far as I know. So, their Naval History of Combat is about zero!

It's hard to guage your statement. Are you trying to take their measure?

I was always curious as to how/why Russia gets involved in such an attack. I guess I know now.

When I was in seminary about 10 years ago, we had a casual discussion with a few professors and they all agreed there were basically three main ideas floating around. 1) The U.S. did not exist any more (the 1/3 of the world that was burned up or too much internal strife or civil war) 2) the U.S. is represented by the lamb with the forked tongue before the throne, meaning we decided to sit the war out 3) or we no longer existed as the same nation, with the same values. At the time, I couldn’t imagine any of these happening. Lately... I would be more surprised if our leaders didn’t help our historic enemies.
