Susan Rice Lays All Blame on Intel Community for Her Misleading the American People

Ambassador Susan Rice has finally explained, in her opinion, why she misled the country about what happened during the September 11 terror attack against Americans in Benghazi, Libya. According to Rice, all the blame should be given to the intelligence community for her misleading comments made five days after the attack, since she was just repeating what they had told her.

A reporter asked, the American ambassador to the United Nations, "Ambassador Rice, would you explain your view of the controversy concerning your comments about Benghazi? And have—is Senator McCain fair in what he has said?"

"As a senior US diplomat, I agreed to a White House request to appear on the Sunday shows to talk about the full range of national security issues of the day, which at that time were primarily and particularly the protests that were enveloping and threatening many diplomatic facilities—American diplomatic facilities—around the world and Iran’s nuclear program. The attack on Benghazi—on our facilities in Benghazi—was obviously a significant piece of this," Rice explains.

Susan Rice: “Look guys... I can only relay the lies that I’ve been told. I’m not about to make something up or second guess the boss.”

What a doofus!

And the left wing media buy it. The same media that touted “Bush lied, people died” after he said he was simply going with what intelligence reports said about WMDs.

Many keep saying,”Don’t mess with the intel community, CIA, etc. They have long memories, they’ll pay you back, blah, blah, blah” Well, Obama has been walking over them for over 2 months with impunity and they haven’t done jack squat. If they have tried, Obama is teflon man and nothing will happen to him or Hillary regarding Benghazi. I hope I’m wrong.

Laying the blame is what cowards do.

“Either Obama will bring the Country down...or the Country will bring Obama down.”

There was a time when I would say the latter. I’m afraid we are now looking at the former.

In the debate obama claimed he called it a terrorist attack the very next day in the Rose Garden. So she’s admitting she didn’t believe The One? Wow.

Anyway, intel better be careful how they respond to her accusations because she now has her “if you criticize me you’re a racist” shield.

“”I agreed to a White House request to appear on the Sunday shows to talk about the full range of national security issues of the day, “”

Is there a transcript or video of her appearance on five different shows? I didn’t watch anything except FOX but I don’t recall her talking about the “full range” of national security issues of the day!!! What would the others have been besides Benghazi?

“The Muslim Brotherhood network within the United States became publicly known during the 2008 Holy Land Foundation trial (the largest terrorism finance trial in U.S. history) where the evidence showed that the Muslim Brotherhood’s goal in North America is, in their words, to ‘destroy Western civilization from within,’[1] which their own writings have said includes establishing an advisory presence inside top U.S. institutions. The Brotherhood has also identified 29 groups in the United States as ‘our organizations and organizations of our friends.’[2]

“The letters to the Inspectors General provide many examples that merit concern. First, the Department of Homeland Security granted a secret security clearance to Mohamed Elibiary, a man who had expressed support for Holy Land Foundation trial defendants. Mr. Elibiary also was reported to have been a featured speaker at a conference in honor of notorious radical Islamist Ayatollah Khomeini. The Obama Administration placed Mr. Elibiary on the influential Homeland Security Advisory Council, where he advises on information sharing within the intelligence apparatus.....”————[Rep.] Franks Statement on IG Letters Concerning Muslim Brotherhood http://franks.house.gov/press_releases/569

How much are we paying her to be U.N. Secretary? If all she’s
going to do is mindlessly read prepared notes, hell, we could
get the cleaning lady to do that for a lot less.

According to Rice, all the blame should be given to the intelligence community for her misleading comments made five days after the attack, since she was just repeating what they had told her.

Hillary also blamed the intelligence community a few milliseconds after accepting responsibility herself. Are Hillary and Rice blaming James Clapper? He said he changed the talking points himself.

James Clapper also said that he had no idea who changed the talking points. And then a week later, he discovered that he himself changed the talking points. This is our country today.

I remember when Condi Rice and President Bush went war with Iraq and WMD were not found. They both said it was an intel failure and the Democrats went nuts. What is the difference now? Oh that is right. The Democrats are in the driving seat. boy how things change.

Five days AFTER 9/11. The “Intelligence Community” knew what happened by then. If they didn’t, we need to dis-band that organization as an ineffectual, unnecessary, useless, vapid, unproductive, scam on the American people.

Next someone will tell to board the train to the American Dachau...and get in line to enter the ovens.

The showers, they were killed in the showers with poison gas. Then they were taken to the ovens. But they were lied to about the showers. I for one don't intend to take that train ride, not alive at least. I'd hope to take a good honor guard with me, should it come to that.
