I thought the point was to get Obamacare ousted. If the Fed is still allowed to continue; we will be stuck with it and the bill; not the Feds.

The governors do not have the option not to do obamacare at all:
they can have
fed exchange
state exchange
combination exchange
Those are their only 3 choices under the law. NO governor is saying they will not follow the law.
