No, your goal is simply an angry leader who rant and rave in front of the cameras and lose the big TARP-like vote, the one for all the enchiladas. My goal is a leader who will bob and weave and get us something. I admit my plan is not perfect and might even suck, but it's better than getting nothing.
The point is that you are full of it up to your ears. There is no budget. Bohner has a documented record of caving in and giving away the store for at best, table scraps that the Dem Dogs come in and then steal from your plate.

Cuts didn’t happen. Reductions in increases, those happened.
The vast majority of that 1.2 trillion in cuts you tout are maybe cuts to be realized in the future.
However, Obama’s trillion-dollars-a-year increase in the deficit, that was REAL MONEY. Boner let him have it.
My point: Boehner could have used his huge, fired-up majority to take Obama to the brink AND BEYOND IT if necessary to protect the US from fiscal ruin. That’s why the founders gave the purse to the representatives of the people.
Boner had the sacred watch, and he did NOT get the job done. And here we are again.
Of course, the founders probably didn’t count on crybabies without testicles running the COngress.
There are more conservatives members this term than last in the Republican Caucus. Boehner can count.

I don't know why you are making this such a large deal. It's fairly simple.

Here's the whole tax platform (excluding a few apple pie things like deductions): "We oppose tax policies that divide Americans or promote class warfare."
That means we aim for tax reform (reduces division of Americans) and hold the line on rates (no class warfare). It does not mean we must do nothing.

Here’s an idea. Let’s all call our Republican congresspersons, and tell them we want them to vote Boehner OUT of the leadership position, the next time a vote comes up.
