President Obama had his best run of media coverage during the final week of the campaign, while positive coverage of Mitt Romney dwindled, according to a study released Monday from the Pew Research Center’s Project for Excellence in Journalism.

Between Oct. 29 and Nov. 5, 29 percent of stories about Obama were positive, compared to 19 negative, while only 16 percent of Romney’s stories were positive, compared to 33 negative. It was Obama’s best week of media coverage since the Democratic National Convention, and only the second time in the cycle positive stories outnumbered negative ones for the president.

The tonal disparity was also evident throughout the fall. Both candidates finished with more negative stories than positive ones, but Romney’s negative stories outpaced Obama’s by more than 2 to 1. All told, 20 percent of Obama’s coverage was positive compared to 29 percent that was negative, while Romney came in at 15 percent positive and 37 negative.

The upper income ones won’t care because they will be able to afford private health care.

They may have the insurance, but they will go to doctors who do not accept it and pay for it out of pocket.

Look - every conservative who subscribes to a newspaper, liberal magazines, or donates to liberal nonprofits is funding the people who ‘advertise’ against us. It’s time for us to wake up and smell the coffee.

The quality of a democracy will not exceed the quality of the press.

They’re part of the Nomenklatura, so they’ll get special attention.
