MARK LEVIN: TEA PARTY ONLY THING THAT STANDS 'BETWEEN LIBERTY AND TYRANNY'
Breitbart ^ | Nov 16, 2012 | By Tony Lee

Posted on 11/17/2012 2:12:38 PM PST by Jim Robinson

Conservative scholar, talk radio host, and former Reagan administration official Mark Levin said conservatives need to first overthrow the Republican establishment to more successfully take on President Barack Obama and the institutional left.

“We cannot get through Obama and the left until we get through the Republican Establishment,” Levin said, railing against establishment consultants who attack the base and politicians who know nothing of “Burkean reform” because they have spent their whole careers “clawing their way to the top.”

In a talk at the Heritage Foundation on Wednesday with his mentor, former Reagan Attorney General Ed Meese, for whom Levin served as Chief of Staff, Levin said the Republican Party is, “devouring the conservative movement,” and the old bulls need to step aside in favor of a new generation of conservatives who are fluent in conservatism.

“It’s time for the old bulls to get out of the way and for the fresh faces who believe in conservatism and liberty and originalist principles to step up,” Levin said, criticizing those like House Speaker John Boehner for “yielding territory” to the left in negotiations.

Levin said the Tea Party consists of constitutionalists, libertarians, Evangelicals, and those who are against the rigged establishment, beltway culture that for too long has not embraced conservatism and, as a consequence, lost national elections (George H.W. Bush, Bob Dole, John McCain, Mitt Romney).

“The Tea Party is the only thing that stands between liberty and tyranny,” Levin said. “We have to defeat the Republican establishment mush in Washington, D.C.”

35 million Americans voting conservative in every election is the only thing keeping the whole world from going completely to an authoritarian communist system. 35 million out of 7 billion people on the earth.

I wonder if that is the purpose of all the empty cities China is building. Forcibly relocating us to those (prison) cities would be their final solution to the conservative problem. May be why Bill Clinton was so pro-China, this may have been in the works since then.

Just a thought, not saying I absolutely believe it.

I posted this earlier today to a person who asked a similar question:

What is my solution?

Obvious. Go back to the constitution.

Do a constitutional audit on the federal government. Shutter, repeal, overturn, abolish, privatize and or return to the states and the people each and every federal department, agency, commission, program, edict, act, law, regulation, court decision, etc, that is not explicitly enumerated and delegated to the federal government by the constitution.

ObamaCare repealed. Dodd Frank Repealed. The EPA, the TSA, the ATF and hundreds of other such unconstitutional fascist federal agencies shuttered and closed for good. The federal government is not authorized by the constitution to be involved in health, education, welfare, housing, mortgages, banking, farming, industry, business, transportation, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, retirement insurance, health insurance, mortgage insurance, banking insurance or any insurance or social programs whatsoever. Shut it all down, privatize it or return it to the states and the people, and that includes social security and medicare and any and all other such entitlements.

Repeal the 16th and 17th amendments, abolish the income tax and the IRS and fully restore the ninth and tenth amendments and restore the balance of powers between the states, the people and their representatives at the federal level.

The sooner the above is tackled and accomplished the sooner we save our nation.

It’s what’s going to have to happen after the coming collapse anyway should we somehow escape being taken over by some communist country.

Start by immediately declaring as unconstitutional and repealing ObamaCare, Dodd Frank and any and all socialist crap put in recently by the usurping Marxist and his socialist democrat cabal. We obviously do not need any of that crap. If the supreme court can’t or won’t do it, form a coalition of governors and state governments to refuse to allow their states to go along with it or to be coerced or extorted by the feds. The states should refuse to accept any unconstitutional funds whatsoever from the federal government. Start working on privatizing and phasing out social security and medicare. And shuttering the EPA, etc. Don’t need it and it’s killing us. Then start on the constitutional amendments to repeal the 16th and 17th.

I agree, except the TPM has gone all but incognito for the past two years. They seem to have abandoned any public show of solidarity and purpose in exchange for blogging and an occasional blurb on Facebook from Sarah Palin.

That ain’t cuttin’ it!

It’s just preaching to the choir, and a lot of the choir slept thru the sermons in this election. Romney and the GOPe reacted to the TPM like Dracula reacts to the Crucifix, and many conservatives stayed home. And even though Palin urged everyone to vote for him, it was an ABO move, as I don’t remember her ever actually “endorsing” him.

The TPM needs to fill up the Mall in DC again, and the other mass meetings. It fires up the base and connects like minds. If Obama had been running 2010’ he probably would have lost, as the right was on fire then.

The “Tea Party Coilition” in congress can’t do that, not alone, not amidst all the RINOs we have in there.

Time to hit the streets. It must work because the left does it, and they won.

The TPM gatherings gave hope to other conservatives who had all but given up. They felt part of something, with like-minded people.

I think the TPM succumbed to Alinsky tactics used by the obamaites and their trained media. Hiding behind a keyboard is not going to get the job done. What if bathhouse Barry joins with the UN and manages to control the web? There will be no communication and no organizing.

The time to kick it into high gear is now, not in 2016...by then it will be too late!

Boehner and McConnell are part of the problem, not the solution. The Bush family also needs to go away. They stopped the Reagan revolution.

Just cause you’re republican don’t mean you are republican..
You could be a democrat.. you know for democracy..

Just saying democracy is Mob Rule(for mobsters) is NOT enough..
Democracy was, is and always will be A LIE.. a fabrication.. and is even disingenuous..
NO democracy has ever yet been democratic.. its a shell game.. bait and switch..

Thats why america became a republic and NOT A democracy..
Very very few republicans know this or are aware of its implications..
Many/most republicans are “democrats”.. and NOT republicans at all..

Democrats KNOW THIS.. and seek to KEEP THEM confused..
Democrats know what they are........ AND AREN’T..

Republican top leaders are mostly DEMOCRATS..
Did I say few republicans know what an actual republican “IS”.?.
YES/No... at least I implied it.. it is true..

IF a republican is for democracy.. he/she ISN’T a republican..

Democracy is the road to socialism. -Karl Marx

Democracy is indispensable to socialism.
The goal of socialism is communism. -V.I. Lenin

The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism .-Karl Marx

GLENN BECK
I just wanted to give some credit where credit is due. Remember 'Restore Honor!'; Beck is presenting ways to get around the Socialist Propaganda Complex with 'The Blaze' and 'GBTV' and his daily Internet broadcast. We MUST get around the major media PROPAGANDISTS, or.. Forget it.

I don’t know if it’s the Tea Party, per se, that stands between liberty and tyranny, but the ideas that it stands and fights for. There are other like-minded organizations that, if they partnered with the Tea Party, would make the movement bigger and would stand a better chance of sweeping out the RINO and GOPe establishment.

The Republican Party is going the way of the Whig Party which preceded it. We might soon see the Tea Party rise to prominence and carry on.

When TSHTF that’s when. There are consequences to socialism, obsession with race, PC . . . there will either be economic disaster (see Europe), race riots, terrorism, or some natural calamities that will wake the naive up. You think young people won’t eventually see the light when they can’t find jobs, can’t afford their iPhone monthly charges, get screwed out of something over their ethnicity? How about paying for all the illegals and the Welfare State? Sooner rather than later, reality bites. It’s unfortunate it’s come to this but they will learn the hard way.

It’s hard for this here honky to believe that the melanistic masses will pursue that nonsense to the death in the US, howling after the literally impossible, once their former spoiled lives are clearly no longer viable. But again maybe I give them credit for more sense than I should.

When the government doubles down on Internet surveillance and heavy-handed censorship and website take-downs, THAT’S when the younger crowd will finally realize a Socialist/Communist Dictatorship SUCKS.

Well, I’d like to see something like that get some local victories on its way. Like bumping the uber-RINO Bloomie out of office in New York. The Big Gulp Of Freedom Tea Party. And maybe a governor’s mansion or two.

Otherwise we have a spoiler in a marginal race. The GOP, like it or not, is the only viable party at a national scale in which any conservative sentiment can even HOPE to get a voice. Democrats?? Even Blue Dogs have all gone yellow.
