Boston Globe ^

Paula Broadwell, the biographer with whom former CIA director David Petraeus had an extramarital affair, abandoned her bid for a doctorate from Harvard in 2007, failing to advance to PhD candidacy after four semesters at the Kennedy School of Government, and now faces the prospect of an ethical review at King’s College London, where she has resumed pursuit of a doctorate. The revelations about her mixed academic record add to the portrait of a principal figure in the Petraeus scandal who has refused to respond to multiple Globe requests for comment and hasn’t spoken publicly since disclosure of her relationship with …

Hey, she's more honest than Obama. When she had problems finishing her book, she brought in a coauthor. Obama just had his ghost written.

I don’t trust anything in the Boston Globe/NYT, not even the ball scores.

The Boston Globe is the campaign wing and part of the chief propaganda wing of the Democrat party. Harvard professors and Boston Globe news reporters all work in the same circles. A negative story from a Harvard professor about a former student is rare and very unproffesional.

Petraeus obviously has some dirt or inside info and Broadwell must know have this information as well.

The democrats are going full out now.

“The Democrat machine is in full smear campaign.”

I’m not sure what you mean by this. If we accept that Petraeus was asked to resign because they didn’t like how he was staking out a “don’t blame us” position on Benghazi, then Broadwell did the WH a huge favor by giving them a pretext for said firing. Unlike how Lewinsky was handled, I don’t see any effort by this administration to “rehabilitate” Petraeus or make it look like he was an innocent victim. He self-reported dishonoring himself and his position and they accepted his resignation. End of story. What am I missing?

Neither do I. I even trust Harvard professors even less so. Which is why I find it interesting that one is unprofessionally smearing an ex-student. What does Broadwell know and why are the Democrats smearing her?

“dirt or inside info” about what?

I am deeply suspicious of all writers guilders, after having read Witness by Whittaker Chambers and his revelations about how it is crawling with commies

Petraeus may have been forced to stake a “don't blame us” position on Benghazi or else his affair would be made public. Petraeus may have negative information that he passed on to Broadwell. The Democrats are getting out in front and smearing her as unintelligent.

Harvard professors rarely negatively smear an ex-student. Very strange, we'll see....

I’m not sympathetic to Broadwell at all! She fell short of her goals at Harvard. So, she fell on her back and used her breasts and vagina to achieve her goals. And if she had unauthorized classified information on her computer, put her sorry ass in GiTMO!

Actually, Obama never finished his first book - the one for which he received the $120,000 advance from Poseidon (a Simon & Schuster company) in November 1990.

Perhaps the paper might start looking into the Obamadork’s non-existent academic records.

And the N inconsistencies in his book - where N is an almost uncountable number.

And his non existent real birth certificates.

And his non existent passport records.

Etc, etc, etc.

(As for Harvard, I’m surprised that they’d refuse admission to anyone...given their rather shoddy record of admitting the Obamadork and “electing” him to the Law Review. Heh!)

Just simply amazing at the rate at which THE MEDIA can get out information to the public when it REALLY wants to. Hey Boston Globe, how about some interviews with those 30 people who were saved by the Ty Woods and Glen Doherty?!
