Nope, not really. However, a "Iranian Jew" *IS* an oxymoron, as well as "Mecha Jew", "Egyptian Jew", "Iraqian Jew", "Syrian Jew", and so on...

I was being facetious.
I know that there are Muslims living in Israel, but the term “Israeli Muslim” still sounds strange, like “Mississippi Yankee”.

They used to not be oxymorons...I bought jewelry once from an Iranian Jew - of course he was now in the US.

Also, Iran keeps a token number of Jews, maybe 1000, for propaganda purposes.

Hold on...I worked with a guy who emigrated from Iran back in the early 80s...he was Jewish. Said he left to avoid the ayatollah.
