If full-time workers cost the company a lot of money (Obamacare) then companies will desire fewer full-time workers.
We see this happening before our eyes all over America today. Part time workers are replacing full-time workers — because business owners are looking to their bottomline.

If women will perform the same work that a man does, for only 73 cents where a man is paid $1, then companies will fire male workers and staff up with as many women as possible.
I don’t see this happening anywhere.

QED: The whole “73 cents” thing that feminists push is a bunch of baloney. Companies WILL make decisions that benefit their bottomline. Companies WILL emphasize part-time workers to avoid Obamacare. But the “underpaid woman” thing is a myth.

The 73% summary comes from averages. Women without children and equal education to men make as much as men. When women on-ramp and off-ramp on careers when they have kids or shift to part time, their pay rate drops. Women who don’t take job promotions because they don’t want overtime make less than men and women who do. Single, never married, never had kids women with college degrees make as much as the men. Women who have kids and slow down their careers to take care of the kids make less than both the men and women with their nose to the grindstone.
That is not a “you have XX chromosomes, here’s your pay cut”. It is the reflection of life style choices as well as the lower educational attainment of women over 45.
