Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), three key Republican players on immigration, told The Hill they're ready to start working on broad-based reforms next year that could include a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million undocumented immigrants currently in the United States.

Won’t do any good. Whites will still be classified as racists, thereby nullifying protected class status.

I’m a supporter of Gov. Palin, but this has always been my one bone to pick with her. Even after the election, when McCain took to wearing the GOPe’s new favorite amnesty figleaf of ‘secure the border first, before we even discuss anything else’, Gov. Palin proclaimed on Fox News that there wasn’t the least bit of difference between her and McCain’s position on this. She even helped to get him reelected.

And now, we’ve got him leading on amnesty again.

What is wrong with the process we have in-place today? Why cannot they follow the existing law?

The GOP sees Obama buying votes and want to do it too, but it won't work for them.

Been saying that since he was elected here. He is a bush clone in this respect and this pandering will garner us nothing at all with the hispanics. Rubio didnt win here by being Cuban, he won because we gave Crist the boot & no viable candidates emerged to defeat him

Came to a conclusion a long time ago. Issues are issues, the laws are the laws, except when a new law suits our elected or our activist judges. The People’s voice (aka Citizens) means nothing to those who are supposed to support the Constitution and serve the People, and the People (aka Citizens) have been branded by the state federals as the enemy. Mind boggling. Pardon me, Jim, if I were dead I would be spinning in my grave, and that would be on a good day. These bad days ... rev up spin in our Founders and those Who Served graves. The up side for our enemies is most of them have yet to fire more shots. When did America surrender? I do want to see the surrender document.

Term limits would have saved the republic.

I'm not sure about that. An ignorant, uneducated electorate begets ignorant, uneducated politicians. Term limits would just ensure we get a new group of ignorant, uneducated politicians.

I don’t want a bunch of illegals being made citizens to benefit the political class. If they’re going to sell the right to be an American I want in on some of the cash.

How about the auction off citizenship to the highest bidders and use the money to buy down the debt?

Now they sell off citizenship for the price of getting their little political butts reelected. How charming. /s

This is what the Rino’s have wanted all along and the loss they feel has given them the cover they need. They were all probably hoping for an Obama win.

Allowing illegals citizenship has NOTHING to do with taking in people yearning to be free. It has to do with cheap political whores buying future votes.

We're on to you guys in Washington. We know who you are...

They’ve all sold their souls for the 30 pieces of silver or gold. They couldn’t care less about America. Sad, but obviously true.

“We” meaning Americans, created this mess with illegals on our Southern border. Our federal and state governments for years looked the other way with a wink and a nod. In many cases encouraged workers to pour into this counrty to take jobs we didn’t want. Businesses and agriculture were happily their willing accomplices.

The “illegals” responded and eventually brought their families and planted roots here. That trickle of workers quickly turned into a flood.

Now, we want them out..... Arrest them, lose the home they bought, leave their possession and everything they worked for, have their kids ripped out of school and deport the bunch....

We clearly have the legal right, they are here illegally, right? We didn’t make them come, they snuck here in the middle of the night, in many cases paid a bounty to a smuggler, risked their life in the desert to be here.

So great PooBah of pure conservative values, now that you have the power and the law on your side, what would you do to solve the issue? You’ve got the guy’s with the guns, tell them what to do.....

Tell me what solution would allow you to look in the mirror each morning, look your children in their eyes, remain a follower of Christ and uphold the constitution.

The issue must be addressed, it’s outcome and resolution has huge political implications for the USA.

Rubio is just showing leadership by tackling the issue. Unfortunately, he teamed with a RINO hack, McLame.....But reality is that a junior senator has to team with a senior senator. I’m sure, most of the senators ran and hid from Rubio when they saw him tackling this issue. Bunch of pansies.....

I've been saying all along that they never had any intent on winning. Even as the minority party they still have plenty of money and power. Besides if they actually fixed anything, what would they use to threaten you into voting for them next time?

The most disgusting pat is the fact that these bottom feeders see themselves as being on par with our nation's founders.

NO! NO! NO!

We’ve been here before, and the gut feeling of the country hasn’t changed.

We are fed up with the elitist legislative scum who spit on the Constitution and rule of law, in favor of expedience and ‘go along to get along’ legislative actions.

We want principled legislators who truly represent the will of their constituents.

Amnesty, path to citizenship, all that is garbage.

The ONLY path to citizenship is: Deport, get in line, do it right.

There is NO way that an illegal magically becomes legal. THEIR FIRST ACTION IN AMERICA WAS A CRIME. There is no changing that!
