Why would a petition be reviewed by the White House?

These petitions should go to the state legislatures, so they can decide whether to put them on a referendum or ,most likely, not.

The white house.gov petitions are a joke. BO will never respond in a serious manner. States don't ASK to secede - they do it. But it gives PR and awareness since the LSM is covering it.

Secession has to come from the state legislature. The TNM is organizing, has many new members and is trying to get a referendum put together for the next legislature.
