Consider: When Petraeus was nominated for DCI, there were “rumors” in Afghanistan about the duo and the extent of her access to him, according to well-respected foreign policy expert and Fox News national security analyst K.T. McFarland, who was on the ground there at the time.
Who headed Petraeus’ background investigation? The first time I had a background check, the FBI asked my neighbors whether I was a good mother. They also asked whether I was a lesbian.
These people are not shy about asking sensitive sex-related questions.

There hasn't been honor in his command for a long long time! What General of honor orders his troops out of armored vehicles onto foot patrol on roads laden with IEDs to further the failed policies of his cowardly boss?!! What General of honor continues to promote failed rules of engagement that affords the enemy every advantage on the battlefield and causes more loss of life and limbs in 4 years than the whole war from the beginning?! What kind of General of honor oversees deal making to release terrorists back onto the battlefield, one of which led this attack on our brave Navy Seals who fought the brute to their deaths?!! No honor here!!
Don't talk to me about the honor of General Petraeus! I hope the last thing that plays in my mind is the sound of his cowardly voice testifying to Congress that he has failed his men and he failed his country because somewhere along the way he lost his honor and his career and ego became more important to him than the safety of his men!

My theory is that if Petraeus had been squeaky clean, he would never have been appointed CIA director. In a sense, it was the dirt that qualified him by giving his overseers a blackmail tool.
When you start telling lies, you have to tell bigger and bigger and bigger lies to cover up.
Even presidents can’t outrun this reality.
My thoughts exactly and something to keep in mind with future appointments.

1) Only the POTUS can authorize a CBA (cross border authority) command for a rescue mission in a foreign nation.

2) No rescue mission was attempted.

3) 0bama turned his back on 41 State Dept. and CIA employees refusing to issue a CBA command and went to bed so he could go to Las Vegas the next day.

Interesting observation. Petraeus was never one of Barry's insiders and only a week or so before he was nominated for the CIA, a number of the 0bama regime members, including the 'Beast I believe, referred to him in the NY Slimes as "Gen Betrayus". In that atmosphere I'm not quite sure why he took the job, except perhaps to serve the Country. I don't know that he had any dirt in his background at that time, but I do think that he was "set up" by the regime because 0bama wanted him out and he was lured into this trap. This started before Benghazi, so it could've been initially so the 0bama regime could freely supply arms to our enemies without the CIA getting in the way, and was conveniently already in play when Benghazi went down. I pray he does the honorable thing and comes clean with the full details, facts and who was involved in the Benghazi incident. It could have major repercussions and I'm guessing Barry is chain smoking and getting more than a few gray hairs over it.
