?? Read the article. All the evidence is that conservatives turned out. There’s other articles out there that are pretty clear that where R’s bombed was that white, working-class men did not, although they lean R. This was probably a candidate and negative-campaign issue. Despite having an attractive, capable, moderate establishment R running, we failed to turn out a key part of our base. I would speculate the working class white men responded to Obama’s class warfare message.
Good analysis; class warfare is a winner for Democrats, or they wouldn’t use it. Our little Republican Party just can’t figure out much of anything, it seems.
