If the FISA court approved the email searches, then Holder would have signed off on the applications to the court way back when.

I have never in my entire life been so ashamed of so many people.

This is a Gen that has betrayed the military the civilian community and last but not least...his wife and family.

I hope and pray someone will have the courage, and determination to follow through on this and bring those responsible for the deaths of these four Americans to justice. They were left out to dry by the very people who should have been there for them. To me that is something I will NEVER, EVER forgive or forget with this entire administration and how shameful their lack of leadership has been.

Something stinks and I hope and pray it is pursued as these four Americans deserve better as do their families. Shame shame shame on everyone who is involved.

God help this country with this kind of behavior from our government. WE deserve better.

Oh, I’m sure that if Eric approved an application for a warrant to tap the communications of the Director of the CIA that he just kept that information to himself.

Nothing the president need be informed about. He had some Bain Capital attack ads that needed his attention.

Of course it’s about more than just the sex!

If it wasn’t, this wouldn’t even be a story. It’s blown up this big by the administration and their sycophants, the MSM, in order to get Benghazi off the front pages, and off the minds of the sheeple.

And it’s working. Even here.

Absurd.

'Under the 1986 Electronic Communications Privacy Act, federal authorities need only a subpoena approved by a federal prosecutor — not a judge — to obtain electronic messages that are six months old or older. To get more recent communications, a warrant from a judge is required. This is a higher standard that requires proof of probable cause that a crime is being committed.'

The Gov't has been destroying the Constitution for years. That and they've passed so many laws that they can't keep up with the ones they have passed so the lawmaker says they would have required a special warrant when in reality all was required was a subpoena from a Gov't approved prosecutor, not a Judge!

Someone in the Obama White House authorized this very exclusive FBI e-mail search warrant. The question is why and how might this be related to Benghazi and Obama’s campaign?

Yeah, this stinks. An Obama (Valerie Jarrett) covert op for naked partisan reasons. Were they seeking to blackmail Petraeus? I think this is a very real possibility.

Think of this like Erwin Rommel. The obamao hitler will not allow his OWN choice for this position, to stand in the way of his partnership with the muslim brotherhood.

Hitler sent two lickspittle wermacht generals to Rommel to suggest he commit suicide, and he would be given a state’s honor funeral.

It is quite possible this entire thing was a pre-staged poison pill from the very appointment of a rather charismatic rival, and expert in counter insurgency— including the insurgents hijacking this country.

This is just a thought— beyond the obvious observation that none of this would have been possible with a morally upright individual (assuming he isn’t). It is hard not to see this as the next phase of the Benghazi coverup— because the US was running guns and is now to al-qaeda, our formerly sworn enemies, in the service of the islamofascists. This is a long way from the “war on terror”. And our bravest most able people are being taken out (SEALs,Special Ops)— our true patriots.

Yes, and they seem to be pressing it now, with lots of resignations, retirements and scandals. We need a lot of prayer and some brave insiders to expose what is going on.

“We need a lot of prayer and some brave insiders to expose what is going on.”

Fast & Furious was this regime’s Reichstag fire and Gleiwitz incident rolled into one.

These high level military resignations are this regime’s Blomberg-Fritsch affair.

A couple top German army generals who would not get with Hitler’s program were taken down and replaced.

Blomberg married a hooker/porn poser, and Fritsch was brought up on totally bogus charges of being gay.

It’s easy to predict the other side’s moves when you can read their playbook.

We had better read up on the history of the Nazi party while it is still there to be accessed.

True, but how germane to the meta, which is:

-- If the FISA court approved the email searches, then Holder would have signed off on the applications to the court way back when. --

That's a big "if." Start with the false assertion that "the FBI would have needed a FISA Court warrant to access private email accounts." And then notice the remark that "nothing criminal was found." If the suspicion is related to criminality, FISA is not involved. FISA comes into play when there is suspicion that involves foreign intelligence information.

See 50 USC 1804, Applications for [FISA] court orders.

I mean, from what I know of Army life, if you want affairs, it's everywhere.

There are good Godly people in the US Army, and there are good Godly people in the US Army who have a singular problem with linear monogamy. Exhibit #1: A lifer USA friend on wife #4...

So I find Bobo's MSM psychophants hilarious when they suggest that adultery is gonna be criminalized or punished under the UCMJ.

Thus the takeaway is that the whole West Point Wives reality show has nothing to do with what's really going on, and I refer to my 3 prior points above as to what it's all about.

"Where does that shirtless FBI agent fit in the mix???"

He was a "friend" of Jill Kelly. She went to him and he pushed to get the investigation going.

One account says that he new Jill Kelley from a previous case, which was when said shirtless pic was sent after. When she deemed herself threatened, she approached Mr. Shirtless as someone she knew, and he got the ball rolling on the investigation, but he was excluded from it because it wasn't his area of expertise.

Or something like that.
