Will Obama Make Wall Street Pay for its Support of Romney?
time ^ | Nov. 12, 2012 | David Futrelle

In 2008, Wall Streeters invested millions in Barack Obama’s campaign. Many of these big donors were thus a little miffed when Obama, as President, derided Wall Streeters as “fat cats” and, to add injury to insult, threw his support behind the Dodd-Frank bill, much hated in the financial sector it was designed to reform.

This time around, Wall Streeters turned against Obama, sending an even bigger torrent of cash Mitt Romney‘s way. That didn’t quite work out as planned. “It’s a zero-percent return,” one Republican donor complained to New York magazine on the cold Wednesday after Obama’s victory.

Having turned on Obama, can Wall Streeters now expect the President to turn on them? Will he seek some sort of retribution against those who helped to fill Romney’s overflowing coffers?

Welcome to Amerika, where we now actually expect politicians to take revenge on private citizens that don’t support them publicly.

Because of Obama's Marxist background he was probably exposed to socialist realism, the only literature acceptable to Stalin. The typical story of this type of literature starts with the class struggle, which is eventually followed by the triumph of the proletariat over the bourgeoisie in a heroic battle. Then this is followed by revenge against the capitalists.Revenge would probably come naturally to him.

An eroneous premise to start the essay is not encouraging ... Wall Street is a euphemism which does not reveal whom is really in charge of America’s economy. Things are going according to a well planned globalist strategy.

"Will Obama Make Wall Street Pay for its Support of Romney?"

...... I think the word "Revenge" being used during the presidential campaign kinda answers that question in a rather obvious manner doesn't it.

In his process of destoying America, Wall St. will NOT be the last to go.

Does anyone believe you can kill one half and the other will survive?

Nothing whatsoever to do with Romney. They could’ve donated exclusively to the Obama campaign/Michelle wardrobe fund.

They’ll pay for daring to profit. This country cannot tolerate such things.

The "law of unintended consequences" will make Obama voters pay for their support of Obama. Just as they have been for the last four years. The strange part is that much like the frog in the pot of water, they don't feel what is happening to them. Hey, they've got their Obamaphones and EBT cards, what could go wrong?

lolz

Obama was doing that in his first term too. He was giving government largesse to his favorite companies and raising taxes and levying regulations on the rest.
