Silly man. Don't you know Syria has the largest supply of biological weapons on Earth? They recently tested the weapons systems launching the rockets for two reasons
1. To scare the bejeebees out of everyone letting them know they're testing the rockets for eventual launch
2. To test it for themselves to see if they actually work
