DID PROP 37 REALLY LOSE OR WAS IT VOTE FRAUD?
NoMoreFakeNews.com ^ | 11-8-2012 | John Rappaport

Hold your horses.

On election night, not long after the polls closed in California, the announcement came out: Prop 37 was losing. A little while later, it was all over. 37 had gone down to defeat.

But is that the whole story? No.

As of 2:30PM today, Thursday, November 8th, two days after the election, many votes in California remain uncounted.

I tried to find out how many.

It turns out that the Secretary of State of CA, responsible for elections in the state, doesn't know.

I was told all counties in California have been asked, not ordered, to report in with those figures. It's voluntary.

So I picked out a few of the biggest counties and called their voter registrar offices. Here are the boggling results:

Santa Clara County: 180,000 votes remain uncounted.

Orange County: 241,336 votes remain uncounted.

San Diego County: 475,000 votes remain uncounted.

LA County: 782,658 votes remain uncounted.

In just those four counties, 1.6 million votes remain uncounted.

The California Secretary of State's website indicates that Prop 37 is behind by 559,776 votes.

So in the four counties I looked into, there are roughly three times as many uncounted votes as the margin of Prop 37's defeat.

And as I say, I checked the numbers in only four counties. There are 54 other counties in the state. Who knows how many votes they still need to process?

So why is anyone saying Prop 37 lost?

People will say, "Well, it's all about projections. There are experts. They know what they're doing. They made a prediction..."

Really? Who are those experts? I have yet to find them.

For big elections, the television networks rely on a private consortium called the National Election Pool (NEP). NEP does projections and predictions. Did NEP make the premature call on Prop 37? So far I see no evidence one way or the other.

NEP makes some calls for the television networks, but NEP is composed of CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC, ABC, and AP. It could hardly be called an independent source of information for those networks.

NEP has AP (Associated Press) do the actual vote tabulating, and NEP also contracts work out to Edison Media Research and Mitofsky International to do exit polls and projections based on those polls.

Edison Media Research did the exit polls in the state of Washington for this election. How? They surveyed 1493 people by phone. Based on that, I assume they made all the projections for elections in that state, even though there is no in-person voting in Washington, and voters can submit their ballots by mail, postmarked no later than election Tuesday. So how could Edison know anything worth knowing or projecting on election night?

Both Edison Research and Mitofsky were involved in the 2004 election scandal (Kerry-Bush), in which their exit polls confounded network news anchors, because the poll results were so far off from the incoming vote-counts.

Edison and Mitofsky issued a later report explaining how the disparity could have occurred; they tried to validate their own exit-poll data and the vote-count, which was like explaining a sudden shift in ocean tides by saying clouds covered the moon. It made no sense.

So if NEP did the premature Prop 37 projections that handed 37 a resounding loss, there is little reason to accept their word.

We're faced with a scandal here. An early unwarranted projection against Prop 37 was made, when so many votes were still uncounted.

Those votes are still uncounted.

Why should we believe anything that comes next?

I only wish Prop. 30 had lost and 32 had won.

I know how to resolve our problem with vote fraud- besides this electronic nightmare.
Democrats need to vote at one place & republicans at another. Our names would still not be on our ballots & there would be no way for tampering to succeed unless those counting the votes were, themselves, frauds. That could be assured easily enough.

It wouldn’t have mattered if Prop. 30 had lost. More Democrats were elected, so they now control a supermajority in both chambers of the Legislature. That means if Prop. 30 had lost, they would have just increased taxes anyhow since the Republicans can’t stop them any more. That Prop. 30 passed might actually be a good thing in that regard, as my guess is they would have increased taxes even more than Prop. 30 did. Now if they come back and say they are going to raise taxes again, the people can make a fuss and say no, we already raised taxes with Prop. 30.

Look, fraud votes began with the vote counters. As countermeasures were put in, vote fraud went out to the polling places. Even the smallest, podunk polling place could be the site of massive voter fraud. in 1960, west Texas counties turned in votes for over 200% of their registered population, and LBJ/Kennedy won Texas.

If you managed to have a top flight lawyer at every polling place, the SEIU would create new people out of nothing. After all, who mans the DMV in any state? SEIU union employees.

What is needed is paper ballots with each citizen’s name and thumbprintr, so that every instance of voter fraud would leave a paper trail. That coupled with a death sentence and confiscation of all assets for conviction, and privateer enforcement (bounty for convictions so lawyers have incentive to enforce, and no party can block prosecution).

Then you will get crooked courts, and spurious prosecutions.

The reason why there is fraud is because there is such leverage associated with control of the government.

Not yet. There are two assembly races still too close to call as of today (11/11/12).

Speaking of which, today is the real Veteran's Day. Thanks to all who serve and served.

Agreed. I assumed paper ballots- my mistake. How did we wind wind up with these electronic scam machines, again?

Are you saying the problem is hopeless?

The votes came out the way the vote counters wanted them to.

The main opposition to Prop 37 was from mega crony capitalists (Monsanto, Dupont) with plenty of connections to crooked California Democrats.

Not necessary to separate the locations. IF every voter must register and show a photo ID to vote, and IF when a voter registers they must chose one of three categories —D, R or Independent, then the statistical anomolies would glare when cheating occurs like we had in the 2012 ‘election’ debaucle. ANY precinct with anomolies would be recounted under court supervision, with legal representation form both major parties, and cheating would get prosecution and long prison terms and the worse would be hung by the neck and tossed into the landfill. Vote fraud is treasonous, or was, when the Republic had We The People as the sovereigns.

In Los Angeles we used paper ballots, with markers. The problem is some of the punch locations have transparent tape fitted under the little hole that you put your ink marker into, so you can’t mark the ink on your paper ballot.

I think the SEIU is well on their way in CA of making fake people.

When the primary runs people off against each other there are insufficient Rs, so after the primary they run two Ds against each other. That is what happened in my congressional district, so I had a choice of a New Socialist or old time inherited corruption Democrat.

The good news is, in the long run math wins. California will be losing people for the next few years, and the illegal aliens probably lead the charge on the way out. The consequences of bad decisions are becoming obvious. Fortunately I don’t own any CA real estate.

Another thread here on FR said that over 3.34 million votes remained uncounted in California yesterday.

Vote fraud IS treasonous. The problem is that we always say “Oh well, *Next* time”. Next time is like “mañana”. It never seems to get here.

Perhaps vote fraud should be treasonous, but it is not making war against the united states, or giving aid or comfort to its enemies.

I simply want each vote to be linked by a prosecutable paper trail to a person, so voter fraud can be proven when it occurs. Then, provide lawyers with incentive to pursue fraudulent voters and stand back.

The key is .. was the total “certified”.

If so, I’m not sure they can get away with changing the number at this point .. however, with the dems being in charge of the vote count, who knows what they’re willing to do.

I keep wondering why all the repubs and conservatives still allow ONLY dems to run our election sites ..?? It’s time we got involved .. unless it’s already too late.

FYI - I gotta run, can’t copy this to the other thread now.

Why shouldn’t people know if the food they buy is GMO or not?

I want to know, so I can avoid it. Other ingredients are listed.

People should have the freedom to buy or not buy GMO foods.
