The Pentagon has just released their version of the 9/11 timeline and I think it is very interesting and damning to Obama. Specifically, we know that Panetta, Obama, Biden, and Donilon were at the White House for a previously scheduled 5 pm meeting. The attack had been going on for 50 minutes before Panetta was notified, and he was aware it was ongoing ..........................Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and his top military adviser were notified of the attack about 50 minutes after it began and were about to head into a previously scheduled meeting with President Barack Obama. The meeting quickly turned into a discussion of potential responses to the unfolding situ ation in Benghazi, where militants had surrounded the consulate and set it on fire

Now is where the plot thickens. It appears that POTUS 'delegated' the problem to Panetta. We know POTUS called Bibi Netanyahu and spoke with for an hour AFTER the attack had started and was still ongoing..............

Why was no picture of POTUS in the 'situation room' taken that night, showing him dealing with the crisis? We know after the OBL raid, pictures of him came out right away. During the election, there was POTUS in the 'situation room' monitoring Sandy. We can now surmise the reason there was no situation room picture taken is because HE NEVER WENT THERE.....

As that was happening, Panetta and Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, left the Oval Office and went into a series of meetings in the Pentagon with senior leaders to discuss how to respond to the Benghazi attack and assess the potential for other outbreaks of violence in the region. Between midnight and 2 a.m., Panetta began to issue verbal orders, telling two Marine anti-terrorism teams based in Rota, Spain, to prepare to deploy to Libya, and he ordered a team of special operations forces in Central Europe and another team of special operations forces in the U.S. to prepare to deploy to a staging base in Europe
The only conclusion that can be drawn by the Pentagon timeline is that when informed of the attack by Panetta at 5 pm DC time, Obama punted on responsibility for managing the response to the attack, which was still ongoing.
Even more damning is that at 5:30 DC time, the CIA rescue team was returning to the annex with the body of Sean Smith and the others rescued there. They would have certainly reported at this time they had recovered everyone at the consulate with the exception of AMBASSADOR STEVENS. Unless the meeting with Panetta, et al. was less than 30 minutes, Obama had to know the Ambassador was unaccounted for. If that did not necessitate a trip to the situation room, what would? Oh yeah, Hurricane Sandy a couple months later when a 'good' photo op was needed.
Of course he wasn’t there. That’s why he had to be made to look authoritarian and competent when Sandy came along. Complete with Situation Room photo and him in a suit.
I can't answer that, perhaps he was concerned about the side affair, perhaps already being told Obama and gang would expose him.
In a position like that, people will do most anything to save their families from shame. Never know what a trapped animal will do.
That picture in that article speaks volumes to me. Look at the way Obama is standing so close and look at his face and eyes. That is the face of pure EVIL and Petaerus feels it, threatened by the WON breathing down his throat.
I don't know, but I do feel he will come forward.

Dakota's heroics; could not help but sound 'rote' and empty; as there is simply no way; for Obama to 'emote simpatico' with a courageous Patriot.
We know; and Obama reminds us; often; that he cannot have ever known an American patriotism; or entertained a genuinely, altruistic thought; much less, even 'mused' an appreciation for our Military. And so he is left to 'wing it'/fake it; as he does with every aspect of his life.
Obama's 'fraud' is inescapable. Though; one does have to 'look'; to see. . .

That scar on his head must mean something, it seems like we are watching some End Times movie with no end, yet this is reality of that movie with no reprisals.

Were they hoping to recover the Ambassador as a hostage if he recovered from the smoke inhalation?
That is my belief. What else were they after in the consulate. A Muslim Brotherhood heavily armed mob gathers around a consulate where the Ambassador is located, why else would they storm the consulate??????? He was the prize and he was near death when found and unabled to be revived. Amazing how the hostilities were over after that with the only shots being fired by the US were those of the ex-seals.

That’s not accurate, there was an assault by the hostiles on the CIA compound which was about 1 mile away from the consulate later that morning. That is where both Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods were killed. If it was a kidnap attempt and Stevens was at the hospital, then why attack the CIA compound. Other than just killing infidels.
Again, hypothesis. The kidnap was to be easy, no security around the Ambassador. How many MB have you heard were killed at the consulate? I think the MB was a little PO’d, i.e. expecting no resistance. Who were they going to take revenge on after the FUBAR at the consulate........
So the kidnap fails and the gun running from the CIA enclave goes up in smoke. Unintentional consequences.....
If Obama believes that Petreaus will nail him, then he will not live to testify.
