“Now we’re going to have a hearing next week, and the man who knows the facts, David Petraeus — he’s the only man who can really tell us what the CIA knew, what they did, why they did it, how they did it — he’s not going to testify. This is a very convenient way to get the administration out of a very very difficult situation,” Mr. Giuliani said on Greta van Susteren’s show.
“But this is inevitable. This is like Watergate. This is all going to come out. It may take a month, it may take five months. But this is all going to come out. And every single new coverup they do just makes it much much worse.”
Mr. Giuliani was skeptical about the timing of the resignation, coming just days after the re-election of President Obama to a second term.
“This has to have been suppressed. … They didn’t just find out about this,” said the former mayor, now a security consultant.

In Watergate the media went all out to condemn Republicans. They bring it up every year so that each new generation of Americans learn about the evil Republicans. In Benghazi the media will be equally as zealous in covering up for Dems. Most Americans probably couldn’t even tell you what Benghazi was about.
But the new media, i.e. the internet (including info disseminated by FR), will break this story wide open.
So Petraeus had an affair plus many others who haven’t been identified. Why hasn’t anything come forth on Huma Abedin (family has ties with Muslim Brotherhood and beyond) who works along side Hillary and goes wherever Hillary goes. Married to Anthony Weiner. Why isn’t the FBI monitoring every email, phone communication etc. on this pair. Another Obama/Hillary coverup. Her muslim connections know more than Obama Muslim connections know.
Rudy’s living in a Pollyanna world.I guess he thinks that Tingles Matthews is gonna play the role of Woodward.And,I guess,Candy Crowley will play Bernstein.

Did he have an affair..probably..but this being released NOW has nothing to do with any affair, it has to do with having Petraus testifying about what he knows about Libya..its going to come out eventually..there is a massive, MASSIVE cover up going on here..I would not be surprised at the least if Obama ordered the hit on Stevens because of what he knew about guns being trafficked to Syria from Turkey..just so happens Stevens as meeting that day to discuss the arms smuggling operation..I think that is when Obama ordered the hit

Exactly. Once I got over the 24 hour mourning period, I resolved to never give in. The future is what we make it.
We still have many like-minded patriots in every section of the country. In fact, we have more support now for the cause of liberty than at the start of the Revolution. We have all the resources we need to prevail.
The opposition is haughty and overconfident right now. However, most of their support comes from a fickle, selfish and undisciplined rabble. They have the support of pot smokers, lay-abouts, welfare recipients, and criminal thugs (the only real fighters they have). We have the support and affection of veterans, most of the active duty forces, most of the police, and the self-reliant who are today’s warrior-class of the American public.
Our political leaders have let us down. We need to encourage veterans and self-made people to run for office. These candidates must believe in limited government and maximum individual liberty. These candidate can’t be effete country-club Republicans. They have to be able to mix it up and get their hands dirty if required. If a socialist grins at them like a hyena, our candidates must put them in their place using language that any socially-promoted, public school graduate can understand.
We have many tools to resist the Marxists. Most of them require some social and new media savvy. Breitbart was great at this. He understood the left and popular culture. We need to find dozens of Breitbarts sympathetic to our cause and then mercilessly ridicule, mock, and attack the left. So far it’s been a pretty one-sided fight in that regard with the left eating our lunch. The campaign must begin today.
So, cheer up fellow freepers. We can move this mountain. We can throw a wrench into the machine. We will stop it’s gears moving inexorably towards collectivism. We will win because our cause is just and the Constitution and our proud history will be our guide.
No. And I understand Congress can grant immunity from prosecution re: the testimony so that Petraeus will be free to spill the beans (and can’t take the 5th).
