On Tuesday only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. “The Unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turn out, the highest in the county.”
The Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, had this to say concerning the 141% voter turnout: “They may have had something like that in Palm Beach County, but we’ve never seen that here.”
So maybe Allen West wasn’t crazy to ask for a lock-down on the ballot boxes and machines in this county. According to the report given the day after elections, Allen B. West garnered 52,625 votes in St.Lucie county and Patrick Murphy 65,896 votes.

Rat BS meme? It's simple math and reading. I'm reading DIRECTLY from the "Statement of Votes Cast" released by St. Lucie County, which is the SAME document that the 141% "turnout" story is based on. Here it is (PDF), read it for yourself. Pages 1 and 2 provide counts of "cards cast" - yielding the 141% "turnout." The rest of the document provides information about votes cast for each race, including the 70% turnout for President/Vice President that I mentioned above.
You believe everything you read? You mean they voted on more than one form? Really? Well, where are the examples that we can see of one of these multi-form votes from the disputed counties? Lets see them. How about some testimony from voters.

Between St. Lucie and Broward Counties, we have a pretty good idea what happened in Florida. Normal voting is what, 50% turnout? It doesn’t take many counties like this to affect an entire state by multiple percentage points.
All of these numbers between 99% (Pennsylvania) and 141.1% (Florida) turnout in dozens of counties in swing states makes me think Team Obama was panicking a lot just before the election, with Mitt up by 7% in certain early voting polls. They overcompensated so much the fraud is impossible to hide. I think they know it, which may be one reason Axelrod is stepping down. (Sound familiar Petraeus and Benghazi?)
As I told someone earlier today, this is who Obama is. This is who Chicago (the machine) is. Do we really want this to be who America is? Is this how we will define our elections from 2008 on? As Mitt says, “America can do better.” We must do better. We can’t let the message be out there that America will let this fraud go.

It has also been suggested that we ask Republican Secretaries of State NOT to certify the election until all questions about voter fraud are abated. Some people think this may provoke a crisis, but it can’t be worse than the one we are looking at for the next four years and the impact on generations to come! America NEEDS Mitt, and Mitt won fair and square. This was not a ballot stuffing competition but an election. Let’s make sure it’s counted that way!

What I find even more unbelievable is the Reaction by the Election Head for St. Lucie County in the interview by an NBC affiliate. (As a PAID director, she should know her Election system.)

(as an aside, as believable the card voting explanation is, the other counties i’ve looked at, never reported their results in that manner. what kind of software are they using, instead of the other counties, including Broward, that have the same amount of ballots, but didn’t report it that way?)
No, I don't -- which is why take reports of 140% to 160% turnout with a grain of salt.
Let them go through the recounts as demanded ... I'll gladly be proven wrong if it exposes even just one instance of the actual corruption that's out there.
This is not correct. St. Lucie had TWO CARDS for each ballot.
One person with two “pages” of a ballot.
Actual turnout was 70%.

Here is an article from early October, which mentions that the Florida ballots were "so long that voters will have to fill out multiple sheets with races on both sides, then feed those multiple pages through ballot scanners, one page at a time."
And, here (PDF) is a copy of the St. Lucie county sample ballot, showing four pages worth of elections and ballot questions (e.g., 2 sheets, with races on both sides).
And, for good measure, here is a link to the Florida Department of State election results page, reflecting a 70% turnout in St. Lucie county. 70% is, of course, half of 140%, and thus consistent with the point that the 140% number reflects (as the initial report stated) the two "cards cast" by each voter. 70% turnout * 2 cards = 140% "turnout" (measured as cards cast/registered voters).
We may wish we’d had foreign observers before this is over. We couldn’t have done worse & they were incredulous that there was no ID required.
Unfortunately St. Lucie County is a Dem stronghold.

This is clearly organized. If one considers how long the Journolist was in operation before it was accidentally discovered, it's not a stretch of the imagination to assume that there are other "lists" out there, too, that we don't know about.
This is a systematic overthrow of our government. I've been saying for a year now that we are going to witness massive greater than 100% voting in precincts.

An analogy would be what the Social Security Administration did after Obama was found to be using a Connecticut Social security number. They mixed up the prefixes making it harder to determine which state the SSNs was issued from.
