Last night I looked at hubby and said....wth is wrong with these people? He destroyed his career and marriage for a roll in the hay. That is the same thing as if you were sleeping with one of your female firefighters. (He was Captain of a station that at one time had up to 3 female firefighters).
He simply looked at me and said....I would never do that. I sighed and said I knew that.

A collegue expressed shock that people in such positions seem to self destruct. I pointed out that men like Petraeus are political animals. Political animals may actin ways that benefit the common good, but they are mostly self-serving. Often, their appetites lead to their own downfalls.
So, who can have sympathy for a Godless, souless, leftwingtard apparatchik ~ if that's what she is. Does anyone know any different?
What makes this even more lousy is that patraeus’s wife is fat and looks like a plainclothes nun, while his paramour is a trim, attractive womna who is twenty years younger than the wife. (I am not trying to be mean to patraeus’s wife. I feel very sorry for her. She’s been betrayed and humiliated.)
