Obama Offers Hurricane Amnesty
Judicial Watch ^ | November 5, 2012 | Judicial Watch Blog

Capitalizing on any opportunity to grant illegal aliens amnesty, the Obama Administration is using the recent hurricane as an excuse to waive immigration laws, including for violators of student visas like the 9/11 hijackers.

While this outrageous storm amnesty has been ignored by the mainstream media, it’s very real and largely unprecedented. In an announcement posted by the Homeland Security agency that handles these matters, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Obama Administration says it “understands that a natural disaster can affect an individual’s ability to maintain a lawful immigration status.”

Nothing like a disaster to squeeze in immigration. Still eating out of garbage cans? kids cold? hungry? if you have a house has it been looted by hoodies? no gas for your car if you have one or a generator to keep your family warm? FEMA’s closed for the storm, zero’s off to Asia and nothing changes for you except IMMIGRATION! how’s the second coming of hope and change treating you?

"a natural disaster can affect an individual’s ability to maintain a lawful immigration status."

“”the Obama Administration says it “understands that a natural disaster can affect an individual’s ability to maintain a lawful immigration status.”””

Boy! Talk about priorities!! Wonder how the people on Staten Island, in Queens and NJ feel about that?

Never mind people who were born here, having jobs and no way to get to them.

He made his speech in NJ before the election. Now those affected by the storm are supposed to accept their fate and be grateful he thinks of illegal aliens first....

What a crumbbum. He still turns my stomach.

Some people will recall that the illegals flooded into LA and MS for the rebuilding after Katrina. Same thing could happen in NY and NJ.

There are benefits to a substantially sized work force that is also highly mobile

After the next large CA earthquake, be prepared for home invasions from illegal aliens in droves.

I live and pay taxes in a state which spends 12-16 billion a year on services to illegals and which provides incentives for people to come and stay here illegally. Here’s my immigration reform proposal.

Enforce current laws.

Shore up border security.

Support Arizona and other states where kidnapping and other crimes have increased, and there have been contracts put out on police officers.

Secure parks near the border so that they can be safely used by citizens.

Proof of citizenship for voting, employments, driver licenses, school registration etc.

No public funded services except transportation home and any emergency medical care to get you there.

No federal funds to states or cities which do not help enforce immigration laws.

Arrest public figures and others who conspire to violate immigration laws.

Expedite employer requests for foreign workers where a strong case can be made that there are not sufficient works available for their industry and where they can demonstrate adequate effort to find employees.

Drastically reduce immigration from countries which have a large percentage of their population which are religious fanatics or where the government is run my religious fanatics: Somalia, Iran, Egypt. No immigration of “Palistinians” or members of groups such as Hamas, Hesbollah, Muslim Brotherhood, liberals (just to see if you’re still reading).

"a natural disaster can affect an individual’s ability to maintain a lawful immigration status."

"Never let a good crisis go to waste"

Aside from being totally outraged I think we should start dealing with what seems to be inevitable.
A large number of illegals may soon be legal.

I believe that most of the people that come to this country have more in common with the conservatives than with the liberals. Being conservative does not mean being unadaptable.

Most of the illegals that I've met come here out of desperation.
The liberal government agencies (in California) are quick to sign them up for benefits and advise them of their "rights" and to make sure that the evil employers do not take advantage of them.

Meanwhile the conservatives (rightfully) complain about them being here illegally and shun them.

It is like watching a slow motion train wreck.
