Didn't anyone ever tell Rachel Maddow that revenge is a dish best eaten cold?
Using the thinnest of pretexts, Rachel went on a Republican-taunting rampage on her MSNBC show last night. The supposed subject was the decision of Senate Republicans to elevate John Cornyn to the #2 leadership spot, despite the disappointing results for the GOP's senatorial campaign committee that he led. That gave Maddow an excuse to refer no fewer than a dozen times to Republican "failure", "catastrophe" and "disaster."

Really? Considering their guy won, he sure didn’t have alot of coattails. Way I see it Congress is about the same.
Kind of seems like a loss for them.
Maddow has a right to gloat as do all pundits on the left.
In private, republican pundits are also gloating. Look at al the money they made off of this American tragedy.
Give them all enough rope and they will hang themselves. I bought a lot of pop corn. We now have them where we want them, let’s have some fun!
It is a shame that she won and is making fun of the losers. Such sportsmanship. Oh well.....in 2014, I doubt you will be able to make fun of us. I think it will be the other way around. 2016????? I cannot predict.

Gloating is a sign that there isn’t much to celebrate about her winning candidate. When Reagan won, we didn’t have time for gloating because we were way too busy celebrating.

God, forgive me, but I hate this woman! She is pond scum.
The silver lining in this is that in a few years she’ll be fitted for her burka and we won’t have to see her anymore. For that matter, with her mouth and attitude, we won’t have to hear her anymore either.

Yes, really! Big time Really! The dems won, without the coatails, what does that say?!! The economy in the shape it's in, and Obama being the anti-capitalist, anti-American he is to pull the election win off is HUGE. It's says something about the republicans, and their pathetic rinos not being able to win over enough Americans with what everybody knows is an outright anti-American president! That in itself is a sheer tragedy! Politically speaking it's a cataclysmic disaster!
Congress means absolutely shinola in this election. NOTHING! I mean look at what Bonher has already stated...dumbass rinos will never get it because they are such prix and they are just as much if not more an ENEMY to conservatives! FCOL. rinos are even enemies to the dems, but they are too stupid to realize it!
For once I agree with Mr. Maddow.
Two separate issues. The Dems didn’t gain that much, and they did it by doing nothing but throwing sh** against the wall and see what stuck. Not a long term battle strategy.
That we haven’t been able to get Boehner out of there is our own damn fault. We do have things such as primaries.
