The biographer for resigning CIA Director David Petraeus is under FBI investigation for improperly trying to access his email and possibly gaining access to classified information, law enforcement officials told NBC News on Friday.
Paula Broadwell is the author of Petraeus' biography, "All In." She had extensive access to Petraeus in Afghanistan and has given numerous television interviews speaking about him.
Petraeus resigned Friday, citing an extramarital affair. The woman involved was not identified.

Most people cannot connect the dots.
Patraeus has been head of CIA for a little more than a year. How did the vetting process miss this major faux pau. Perhaps they knew and took a page out of the Clinton Playbook for future insurance.
Just too many coincidences for me on a Friday afternoon.
I doubt that most of Obama voters could care less...they got their Obama phones, EBT cards and MORE to come.

The FBI was doing an investigation on something completely different and somehow Broadwell and than Petraeus gets tangled up in it.

We are supposed to believe that the Feebs who have (apparently) been investigating this for some time (at least more than TWO DAYS) confronted him yesterday and he immediately decided to resign "forthwith?"
Give me a break, already.
I'm not rich, but I'd bet the farm that this whole scenario was known BEFORE the election and someone either told the FBI to hold off or ordered Patreus to wait until after the elections to do the "honorable thing," which of course, the corrupt, Chicago-thug, Regime, thought (and they may get away with it) that this would keep him from testifying.
PS: In spite of all of the Lame Stream Media reporting that he won't testify, I've yet to hear if this was his decision, whether the House removed his as a witness or the White Hut is telling Congress that he won't be available now that he is no longer DCI?

So far, she isn’t even charged with an infraction. As for the other guy, making lousy videos is now a crime punishable by one year in prison?

The Democratic leader of the Senate Intelligence Committee said Monday that the White House appears to be responsible for some highly criticized leaks of classified information in recent months.
“I think the White House has to understand that some of this is coming from their ranks,” Sen. Dianne Feinstein told a World Affairs Council forum.
It appears Petraeus and Ms. Broadwell were very busy researching her lady parts. Men are really stupid.
And the FBI was investigating him, according to Fox....very curious. Then he gave his bizarre testimony blaming the video for Benghazi. The White House could have been blackmailing him to give that testimony. However, he must have been unwilling to lie under oath to Issa’s committee, so he had to pull the plug on this or they would have.
Issa should subpoena him and make him testify. We are entitled to know if the Chicago thugs forced his video testimony to mislead the people.

I’m curious to find out a bit more about Broadwell. One has to wonder specifically why the FBI got involved in the first place.
