But what about the mental distress of taxpayers like me, who ultimately have to pay the bill?

I actually saw this surgery performed on YouTube and even though I do not have a penis it made me hurt down below.

Of course it is, no doctor with a conscience would do it.
I always find it amusing when a guy says he got kicked or hit in the nuts. I know it hurts but it just sounds funny when a guy refers to his testicles as ‘nuts’.
Boy am I glad I don’t have testicles!
