The race for Florida’s 18th Congressional district has taken an ugly turn, with charges of incompetence, illegal activity and possible fraud on the part of local election officials. Democratic challenger Patrick Murphy has declared victory with an apparent 160,328 votes to West's 157,872. However, serious questions arose immediately about the integrity of the vote count, especially in St. Lucie County. On election night incumbent Republican Allen West had maintained a district-wide lead of nearly 2000 votes until the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections inexplicably “recounted” thousands of early ballots, resulting in 4,400 vote shift

A physical barrier had been erected making it impossible for the observers to see what was going on. After repeated objections, the observers were allowed to stand behind the people reproducing the ballots. But then the ballot workers blocked their view. “Half of the people reproducing the ballots are crowding together,” Mr. Shapiro said, “to make it impossible for anyone to see what they are doing.” He added that “there is a sense that since they spend so much time obstructing our view they are not reproducing [the ballots] correctly.”
An elderly man who stood up to try to get a better look at the ballots was ordered to sit down. When he asked why, Elections Supervisor Susan Bucher called a sheriff’s deputy to have him escorted out of the building. Team West volunteer Ellen Snyder has also faced the wrath of the supervisory staff. “They screamed at me twice”

“I've never experienced anything like it,” Mr. Shapiro said. He is a former Democrat and had worked on John Kerry’s 2004 campaign legal team. He noted that he was treated much better by Democratic supervisors when he was a fellow party member. But now he is being treated like an enemy.

I think every service member should sue the election system (secretaries of state and county election offices). I am sick of men and women placing their lives on the line to defend a sytem that is totally corrupt.
Alos I think West was targeted because he is Tea Party and Black can’t have that. Paul Ryan won his seat but not the Vice Presidency that seems odd but if he ever deicided to run for President they will use his House term to demonize him it is one big set up and funny that Boehner from Ohio seemed to keep his job he always caves in to Obama so no need for him to go.

We need to organize on this matter. West will not surrender. He is not that type. But he’ll need an army to back him. Are you listening, Allen? This needs to go to the SCOTUS BEFORE 0bama appoints Eric Holder as a Justice. The DemRats will drag their feet, just like 0bama did on Benghazi, F&F and all his other crimes. West needs to enlist an army to fight this. What’s discovered here is reflective of what this entire election was about; FRAUD on a massive scale. DemRats don’t need to be told to cheat. They’re BORN cheaters and that’s why they become DemRats.

This is why conservatives and patriots must get organized and elect constitutional sheriffs in their counties. You must take back your neighborhoods which means throwing leftists out of your town councils, county boards and schools. Forget GD Washington. It’s lost. Quite focusing your energy on that snake pit. First, secure your home territory so you have a safe political base to operate from.

If this story is true, the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections should be placed under arrest for treason. Given that there is 0% chance the government will do that, the citizens may have to act.

We are no longer under the rule of law. This is “might makes right”, and for the moment thugs at least appear to have the power to enforce compliance.
This would have several advantages. One, we know the GOP leadership hasn't the stomach for the kind of fight required to make a difference anyway, so why bother? The left would then have the choice of burning down the country entirely, which their far left base wants, or restraining themselves, which would drive their far left base over the edge.
The media would still seek to blame the GOP, of course, but if the GOP played it right, even fewer would buy the media's crap that do now.
