Chris Christie, the bombastic New Jersey governor who has been under fire from conservatives for his effusive praise of Barack Obama after Hurricane Sandy telephoned the president after his election win but only sent an email to Mitt Romney.

Remember Obama wished “good luck” to Romney during the primary debates - and who was Christie supporting? Romney.

I think the RINO infested party as a whole needs to be forgotten. Christie is a shining example of what a RINO is.
Correct me if I am wrong, but from what I have gathered from the post election analysis is that several million “Republicans” stayed home, from what I understand primarily because they would not relinquish their core values and as Christians vote for a cultist, or as true conservatives, vote for a Massachusetts RINO.
RINO’s do not represent the typical American. I agree with what Rush once said that they are a part of the Beltway crowd, far removed from the realities they should be representing.
It will take some time for conservatives to regroup. Maybe all energies will be put into the Tea Party.

I have no reason to defend Christie right now, but other articles online said that he had called Obama regarding Hurricane Sandy/FEMA reasons, when he congratulated him.
I was seething when Christie gave several interviews prior to the election, and thanked Obama every single time he opened his mouth to speak. Not sure if he was trying to suck up to him for more aid or because he really likes him. ARGH!
Attach a sail to Kristie Kreme and float him out with the next tide.
Christie may have cost Romney the election when he associated with and supported Obama in the aftermath of hurricane Sandy. It wouldn’t surprise me if he were to switch parties and run for the presidency in four years.
Chris will be leaving the national stage in November 2013 when Cory Booker becomes the governor of NJ.
