Ugly car, had to go to Page 3 though.

I think if I had $120,000 to blow on a supercar, it wouldn’t be that. In fact, I’d much prefer several makes/models of relatively-inexpensive US muscle cars and eschew the supercar.

Reminds me of cars I saw in the woody allen movie sleeper. This was one of them

That too.
It also looks like something that you crush when it's running across your floor.

It is certainly an improvement over your typical American muscle car, but I think speed bumps might be problematic.

As ugly as that sucker is, it had better be able to levitate.

If you spray it with RAID will it roll over and wiggle the tires in the air?

I’d say there is zero chance they can build it for that price, unless the underpinnings and powertrain are very mundane production components.
Low end Ferraris are well over 200k.

The hidden wheels look is ugly, IMO.
Unless it's got dynamic ride-height adjustment, it will never work in the real world with that ground clearance.
Otherwise, it's not the most horrible concept car I've ever seen.

The overall shape and proportion isn’t bad but it’s completely spoiled by several things. The circular windows are silly and do not relate to any other element. Lose them. The visual excitement of any automobile is created primarily via the stance of the vehicle and the wheels. This has none, the fenderskirts are ridiculous, impractical and make the whole exercise look strained and self-conscious. The tail lamps are another dumb flight of fancy.
Strip those away and replace them with something in keeping with the supercar appearance as well as buyers’ expectations, and the exterior would work.
Once you get inside, that Impala dashboard is going to be more jarring and disappointing than the acres of cheap shiny plastic that greet you in a Corvette, though.
What, did he run out of money?
