General Patereus and another Admiral in the gulf today and yesterday.
According to a Breitbart article linked from Drudge, he was supposed to testify next week, and now because he's resigned, he won't be testifying to anything. Don't understand that. Why is he eliminated from testifying on what happened on his watch? It's total bull$hit.
This same article reports they believe the White House knew about the resignation prior to the election, as well as Holder's plans to leave, but like the Iran attack on the drone, the Obama administration held the info back so it wouldn't interfere with the election. I wish everyone would look away from the “sex” part of this. My guy tells me THAT part is the SMOKE AND MIRRORS to detract from what happened in Benghazi (and what was SUPPOSED to occur that night in Benghazi). The two brave Seals were NOT in the loop and they distrusted (roads bumps!?!) the Obot “plan.”
Again—as suprised as I am by the resignation, I am more taken in by Feinstein’s intel knowledge and her statement of this afternoon (plz, mr president DON’T accept the resignation).
The “affair” part of the story is NOTHING.

For one, she is giving herself cover (why didnt BHO insist he stay on until he testified?). Or two, making BHO’s culpability all the more (he allowed or forced Patreus out).
Fienstein minces no words. Just like she scooped the OBL announcement (really, she was overwrought?) or her admonition today on the letter. Even Kerry (who just spent a week w/Dear Leader prepping for the debates) is backing away.
