Obama heads to Asia while Congress handles the fiscal cliff (priorities)

We have 52 days, according to the New York Post, to avoid the “fiscal cliff” and the consequences of last year’s budget deal. Businesses will prepare layoff notices to deal with the consequences of sequestration. Thanks to the complexity of the negotiations and the number of people involved, the leaders of both parties will have to work full time to get a deal in place and passed before the consequences of Taxmageddon push the country into another full-fledged recession.

Well … make that one party. The leader of the other — the one who just won re-election — will take a tour of Asia first:

President Obama yesterday announced he’s jetting off on a victory lap around Southeast Asia, despite a new government report warning the Jan. 1 fiscal cliff will plunge the US into a recession and drive the unemployment rate up to 9.1 percent.

The situation with the MSM is not the same. They ran cover for Clinton, but what they have done for Obama, is way beyond what they ever did for Clinton. They refused to cover any of Obama's scandals. They worked as cheerleaders for Obama. Just imagine what will happen when numerous people that voted for Obama, have a light bulb click on in their head and they mumble to themselves, if I would have known all that, I would have never voted for Obama.

The main objective is not to remove Obama from office, although that could even be possible depending on what comes out in the investigation, the main objective is to expose what he has done and show Americans how the MSM covered up all his crimes. And it will tie him up and stall his agenda. And actually having the dems in control of the senate, will make the knee jerk reaction from the usual suspects on the left, more muted. They know he will probably survive the Senate vote.

Waste of time and money. Starting on New Year's day, Mr. and Mrs. Obama supporter will begin to get a clue what Obama is up to, the lies he has told and the cover-up by the DBM.

As we know, it will be too late, but I think most will be able to figure it out for themselves. Of course, the diehard leftists will continue to believe Obama's lie that it is Bush's fault of the fault of Republicans in Congress.

You are forgetting to add something into the equation. The obvious allegations of voter fraud. So not only will they wonder

if I had only know all that I would not have voted for Obama

they will also wonder

if he could have done all that maybe those allegations of voter fraud are also true

Time to start playing hard ball. The rubber is about to meet the road.

I'm not forgetting a thing. I have already made my voice heard on the Pa. fraud thread.

But, what I want to know now, is where is the outrage from conservatives?? Why aren't we "madder than hell and not going to take it anymore"?? Rather than sit here at our keyboards venting our spleens and expressing our frustrations, why aren't we in the street getting the left's attention?? That's what they understand.

We know we aren't going to get this country back through the ballot box. If we want it back, we will have to take it and that won't come with a "please" or "thank you", that will come with us taking it back anyway we have to.

So making the case for Impeachment and supporting it, is not fighting back ? Is not getting the lefts attention ? It is now the only way to get their attention. It is the only way to get them to face reality and pull their heads out of LA LA Land where Obama poops skittles.

No. C'mon, you have to think beyond high school. Trying to impeach zero will be as effective as Dennis Kucinch's monthly bill to impeach Bush. Every month, for 8 years, he submitted a bill to impeach him. Did it make the national news? The local news? Was it printed on a roll of toilet paper? If that didn't get the DBM's attention (other than a casual mention on a slow news day) this will get less. Remember that the DBM provides as much cover for zero as they can.

It is important to undwerstand that the DBM is fighting for relevance in the world. Prior to the development of the Internet, they had total control of the news because we had no other sources we could access to find out what was really going on the world. Today, we can check sources on the Internet that are in other states or other countries. So, they are scrambling to control the news by not reporting the things that will damage their beloved socialists.

Symbolism over substance is a dem strategy. Let's not co-opt it.
