Did mishandling of the military ballots cost Romney the election?

Duffleblog says that the tardy delivery of the ballots caused them to be returned too late to be counted but these hundreds of thousands of ballots seem preliminarily to have been enough to hand Romney the election.

Sources confirmed today that hundreds of thousands of military absentee ballots were delivered hours after the deadline for them to be counted, with preliminary counts showing that they would have overturned the vote in several states and brought a victory for Governor Mitt Romney.

Officials say the ballots were delivered late due to problems within the military mail system. Tracking invoices show the ballots sat in a warehouse for a month, then they were accidentally labeled as ammunition and shipped to Afghanistan. At Camp Dwyer, Marine Sergeant John Davis signed for them and was surprised at the contents. (snip)

Twelve boxes of ballots were dropped overboard during delivery to the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) in the Persian Gulf, then while the ship sailed to Bahrain, postal clerks allegedly pocketed whatever ballots they wanted.

The remaining absentee ballots were loaded onto a C-130, but the flight was delayed until November 1st so the crew could get tax free pay for the month.  Once the ballots arrived stateside they were promptly mailed to each state's counting facility, reaching their final destination on November 7th.

The delivery of the Absentee Ballots blame goes on the Democrats. There is no doubt in my mind that they deserve that blame.

BUT<BUT< BUT.
The same thing happened last election.

Why weren’t Republicans on top of it? How much of the blame do Republicans bear (bare)for not seeing to it that this did not happen, especially since it had already happened before?

No, what is even sadder are the people who are gullible enough to be taken in by one of the oldeest Communist disinformation, propaganda, and enemy demoralization dirty tricks a century old. Take genuine fact, recast it as erroneous rumor or satire to discredit the ideea, and then denounce the strawman to hide the real truth standing out in open view. Snopes is leading the disinformation propaganda campaign with a deninciation of the Duffelbag story. Meanwhile the dozens of real stories about the real military vote fraud is ignored and now defamed.

Congratulations, you have now experienced enemy Communist political warfare.

I haven’t been impressed with the level of intelligence at “American Thinker.” This reposting of a satire, fooled into thinking it was fact, is only the latest example.

In related news, The Onion is reporting, Ron Paul Elected Ruler Of Planet Inhabited By 1 Billion Tiny Ron Pauls!

The Duffel Blog is a satire site. According to The Duffel Blog's website:

The Duffel Blog serves the men and women of the US Military with a daily dose of military humor, funny military pictures, and faux news. We take an interesting and funny look at military life. We focus on veterans, military stories, defense, politics (sometimes) and life on base — with a comedic twist. We are in no way, shape, or form, a real news outlet. Just about everything on this website is satirical in nature.

No Clarice, Mit Romney and the Republican Party cost him the election. Blaming anything else is just scapegoating and silly. If conservatives want to win the presidency sometime in the 50 years, they must leave the Republican (Democrat Lite) Party and start one that is viable. An unapologetic conservative party. The Tea party may be the place to start. It is certainly a starting point with chapters in damn near every county in the country.

Why do you have this tagged as “satire?” Is it somehow seen as humorous?

Just because it's satire, it doesn't mean that it is good satire.

I read an article on voting irregularities and I decided to see if there was anything to it. It was true. There are many precincts in Cleveland that Romney registered “0” votes. There were many instances where he recieved only 1 or 2 votes in precinct with hundreds of voters. There is also one precinct that had 300 people show up and counted 600 votes (for Obama). These are not legit. See for yourself:

The original source is a satire site, like the Onion. So Snoopes is not trying to cover anything up. Maybe you can point to some sites that aren’t based on satire, so that you can prove that this happened this year.

Snopes.com is a website whose purpose is to conduct political warfare through the use of disinformation, false propaganda, sow doubt, sow confusion, demoralize opponents, and disarm the credibility of of conservatives and non-conservative opponents. Snopes.com has no need to originate a story in order to obfuscate the other true news stories or true criticisms. Snopes.com routinely fulfills its purpose as an agent conducting political warfare by ridiculing opponents in the eyes of the public until the public is too intimidated to risk ridicule by reading much less believing any true stories relating to the same subject. In this way Snopes.com contributes to inciting the public into turning a blind eye to the true stories and thereby hide those true stories standing out in plain public sight.

Examplees abound in all of the voting precincts in which there are more votes or registered voters than there were actual voters or actual people in those voting precincts. The problem is an age old one, as can be seen in Kansas in 1854-1861. The Democrats sent armed gangs from Missouri into Kansas and voted at gunpoint when necessary to vote in a fraudulent state government controlled by pro-slaver Democrats, and the number of Democrat votes far exceeded the entire population of Kansas. A rival state constitution and state government was setup by the Republicans and slavery abolitionists in opposition to the Democrat state government recognized by the Federal Government until the Confederate secessions. The elections of 2008, 2010, and 2012 are beginning to resemble the use of armed force to commit vote fraud sufficient to overthrow lawful government.
