It's a mindset that needs to be changed, and THEN the institutions with which to engender them.
Kind of like a corporate mission statement, or the Apostle's Creed, to abuse a metaphor.

Used to be American's talked about freedom, self-determination, what it meant to be a real man or real woman, the list goes on.
Politics has swallowed up all discourse.
