The Palm Beach County court hearing on Congressman Allen West’s request for the seizure of ballots and voting machines has been postponed until Friday at noon, TCPalm.com reported.
The hearing had been set for Thursday at 5 p.m. at the main courthouse in West Palm Beach.
West, who filed court motions on Wednesday, told reporters Thursday morning that he's calling for a recount because “it’s important that we make sure that a good and fair election has been done.”
”There are some discrepancies up in St. Lucie County,” said the Republican, who trails Democrat Patrick Murphy by 2,456 votes in their 18th Congressional District race, according to the Florida Division of Elections. “But look, they’re still counting up in Palm Beach County. So we picked up 300 more votes with the absentee balloting. They’re going to continue that today.”

Suddenly, now that he MAY lose his seat, the racist Miami media (they will usually only cover black politicians who kneel at the altar of Obamugabe) is interested in running stories about him.
I sure hope Lt Col West can pull this out. He has made me mad a few times but he’s pretty darn good. He has backbone and I know he loves this county!

Is not postponing the seizure of ballots and voting machines a bit risky? If there was fraud, might it give time to the fraudsters to erase data, modify data, corrupt data?

I agree.....there is something definitely wrong here and it all needs investigating. If Romney would do a re-count he might win too. Cheaters and computers - ugh.

you heard it here first.....the demholes will retake the House in 2014. They’ve already started to identify 30 or 40 target seats. seats in districts/counties/cities where they control the counting and the election will be close enough to steal.

True. But the RINO GOP-e was successful in redistricting Alan Grayson right back into congress. And they tried killing Dan Webster's reelection bid but he squeaked that one out.
