I think you mean 2014, the GOP will lose the House, they will be blamed for the economic crises that is coming.
We tried compromise in 1986.
A blanket amnesty for 3 million illegals.
In return we got “guarantees” for border protection and worker ID’s and civil sanctions against employers.
Before the ink had dried, La Raza and the ACLU were in court overturning every part of law - except the amnesty part, of course.
Obama will pretend to “negotiate” with Boehner.
The negotiations will fail because Conservatives will go ballistic.
Then Obama will declare another “Non-Enforcement” Amnesty by Executive Order, just like he did with the DREAM Act.

Boehner is caving on multiple fronts.
He has also stated that the Republicans would be open to raising taxes “given the right conditions”. He has announced his cooperation for everything the Dems have mentioned it seems.
But this is really all the fault of those who demanded a Conservative candidate, right Democrat_media?

I’ve been I forever in search of a truly viable 3rd party.
And that is a major reason I'm very skeptical of all these reports of how more illegals are leaving than entering the US now. Sounds more like some are trying to say the problem has solved itself, so we might as just grant that amnesty for the millions already here.
And the advantages of having an anchor baby are still just as real as ever. Have American hospitals seen a big dropoff in births to illegal aliens?
