Daily Mail (UK) ^ | 17:50 EST, 8 November 2012 | Toby Harnden

Posted on 11/08/2012 3:25:23 PM PST by Olog-hai

Hillary Clinton will step down as U.S. Secretary of State within 'days' of President Barack Obama's second inauguration in January, her spokesman said today.

Her long-respected(?) departure is expected by most Democrats to be a prelude for a White House run in 2016, when she will be 69.

The top candidate to replace her is believed to be Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the losing 2004 Democratic presidential nominee. …

I hope she brings the knives out in January.

How odd this administration is, making conservatives rely on the Clintons to tear down the Leftists in the White House.

Hah, probably to save her own skin over this Benghazi debacle. She will still have to testify. She screwed up and if she runs in 2016 - the idiots who re-elected the marxist will vote for her. These people need a rubber stamp on their foreheads which reads “Yes, I’m stupid.”

She’s gotta brush up on Constitutional Law so as to be ready for her Supreme Court nomination. Can’t let Eric Holder get the call before her.

PREDICTION: We will know if Hillary is going to run for the presidency in 2016 IF BILL DOES NOT DIVORCE HER IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHS. Book it.

It’s the Bill Hangin Left Indicator.

I think the rats will run Biden in 2016. I hadn't pondered the Hillary angle - Hmmmmmmmmm. If they run the Shrillary, we have to run Palin!

I bet that's it. Better to resign now than to be forced to resign in disgrace.

But Kerry as a replacement? Yuck.

***And it’s possible that her adversary on the other side will be Jeb Bush. Another Bush, another Clinton. Turnout will be in the tens of thousands.

Prediction: the Grand Old Party elite will give us another liberal to run against her and the republicans will lose again.

Take back the party or start a new one.

Bill won’t divorce her, and sh won’t divorce him. They have an open marriage, he is free to diddle anything he wants, and so is she. They are both better off, financially, and in terms of “power,” if they don’t go through the legalities of a divorce.

I think the rats will run Biden in 2016.

Something (besides the mental disease of Liberalism) is going on with Biden's mental processes. He's had two aneurysm surgeries, his impulse control is definitely worse, and he's getting more and more off-the-wall, forgetful, etc. Dementia perhaps or something similar. In another 4 years, I don't think he'll be able to run - scary thought having him as VP for 4 more.

Of course Hillary swore she would never run for President multiple times and then did. So I never quite believer her. Not sure I believe her now. She could just be angling for a raise.

for her Supreme Court nomination...

No way. And, if that were to be the case, the smart move would be to rubber stamp her, at her advanced age.

The alternative to the 'rats would be choosing someone just as Marxist at half her age.

I think Brown would wait til 2014. If Jean Francois takes the job, it triggers a special election 90 days later. Then a regular election for the same seat Nov ‘14. That would be four races in four years.

Nope. Fauxcahantas Warren becomes senior senator and former congressman Marty Meehan of Lowell, currently chancellor at UMASS Lowell, takes Kerry’s spot.

I’m a year younger than she is. I cannot imagine the idea of running for president in four years. My husband is 70. Mr. Mercat is in great shape. He just left to ride 30 miles on a bike in the dark but I wouldn’t want him to be president. Just saying.

“The top candidate to replace her is believed to be Senator John Kerry”

He can do a second apology tour. Will never forget the lying SOB saying he had witnessed and participated in war crimes in Vietnam. Half the “vets” that testified either had never served or had never sat foot in country. But Kerry managed to win a Silver Star and four Purple Hearts, AND witnessed war crimes, while in Cambodia (another lie). He did a lot in the 4 and half months the big nosed SOB Herman Munster look-alike spent in-country. Well hell, he was just another Audie Murphy. I despise the lying SOB.

Sure, everyone knows Hillary lives in Washington and Bill is in Westchester NY—when they are not jetting all over the place. How many times have they played out “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf” played out with flying lamps and cocktail glasses whizzing by? If Hillary is not going to run, he will want to “FREE WILLIE”. They would both be finished politically at that point—ready to pursue young RAT feminists in public from the Riviera to the Hamptons (BOTH OF THEM!):)

Bill has lots of attorneys to clean up the mess.
