Repeal is impossible with the Chief Jackwagon in the White Hut. Boehner can’t repeal it - waste of time. Senate won’t even take it up. Now, he can defund it. And then defund whatever else - DOE, DHHS, EPA, etc. And not a thing Obama nor the Senate can do about it. Any regulation put forth, he can strike their budgetary amount just like that. Will he? Nope - we got the wrong guy as a Speaker. Need someone like Ron Paul, Retired. Yes, I am serious.

I think you would have to have enough Senate votes to override a Presidential veto.

uh, that will not happen any time soon.

No, but they would vote to repeal and Obama would veto it. If the GOP has the votes to override, then so be it. WE WIN. Otherwise, they have a great issue to play against Hillary in 2016. Game, set, match. At least that’s the way they seem to be playing it.

Not so fast! (as Lee Corso says) The various states can still scuttle Obamacare. The Tenth Amendment Center (tends to be very libertarian) states that we can nullify Obamacare with the help of our governors and state legislators. There is still hope!
