What could be a Conservative meme is how Axelrod usurped the 2010 Census data to manipulate the electorate in a way which overwhelmed the true popular mandate.

What represents additional lines of defense include challenging the eligibility of Obama’s candidacy for electoral votes at the state level, and challenging the acceptance of his votes within the Electoral College following the first seating of the new Congress in 2013.
It only requires one judicial ruling or one objection from a Senator for those to occur.

Then there is the “Constitutional Convention” effort which could be established with a vote of the legislatures of 2/3rds of the states to overturn any federal legislation or order.

So there are still some legal scenarios still available to reverse course of a manipulated election. Question is: Could this be another “Tea Party” moment of awakening like in 2009, or will we as an electorate respond to widespread manipulation by just giving up?

My sons, wife and I vote together as a family, and because of some non-overlap in our schedules we are almost never at the polling place until well after 7 PM. This year the four of us and my daughter (not yet of voting age) arrived at 7:45.

Two observations: 1) I have voted in every election including off year primaries since May 1972. The highest Presidential year in this precinct was 2004. In that year, I was last to vote. My stub number was #1414. This year, my youngest son was the last person in the precinct to vote. he was #1538. Most presidential years are in the 1200's. Off years are in the 4-600 range depending on ballot questions and local races of interest. I asked the poll judge -- a woman I went out with in college -- how this number compared with 2008, when I was done about 6 PM and wouldn't know the maximum number. She said 1250. So, at least in my precinct we were up about 7% from the previous record, and about 13% over the 2008 election. How in the HELL did we finish with 3,000,000 fewer votes than 2008? How?

2) Observation two maybe gives the answer, maybe it doesn't. There are FOUR registered Republicans in our house. FOUR. As of 7:40 PM when we walked out the door, we had not received a SINGLE CALL from the Romney campaign reminding us to vote. NOT ONE CALL.

When we left at 6 PM in 2008, we had already received calls at 1 PM and again just after 5 PM from the supposedly bumbling McCain campaign reminding us we hadn't voted yet.

So, in the crucial "battleground state" of Pennsylvania, apparently ORCA flopped.

Big time.
