John Boehner (R-Ohio) on Wednesday signaled a willingness to accept higher tax revenues as part of a deficit cutting deal. Instead of The Weeper of the House Boehner, let's suggest that the Republicans get a Speaker with a little backbone like Paul Ryan. He understands the fiscal problems and instead of just bending over for Bathhouse Barry Benghazi, maybe he can extract something.
