You have got freepers posting their “I am a conservative, but I didn’t vote” BS all over Free Republic.

Quite frankly, I am to the point that I don’t give a flip.

But, I am of the mind that choices in life and politics aren’t easy. And, in a war, you sometimes have to align yourself with allies that aren’t exactly compatible with your ideologies in order to defeat a greater enemy.

I guess these “conservatives” didn’t realize how great the enemy or the war really will be.

Enjoy the next four years. You are part of the destiny of this country.

Pray for our Country

Rush is wrong.

A conservative candidate does not exist, as soon as Sarah Palin declines to run. She would have brought out the vote despite the onslaught of MSM criticism.

Come on Rush, you think Gingrich would have brought out more voters than Mitt?

Either cater to single women and latinos or convince someone like Sarah Palin to run.

I don’t believe it was ideology. I just think he was unknown by lazy simpletons. Obama amd McCain, to some extent, were “celebrities”

RUSH: If there's a 70% chance of curing your cancer, but you hold out for a hundred percent, is that what you would do? Or would you go for the 70% chance? Takes all kinds.

Hey Rush, when you see a brick wall, why do you curse it?

The GOP-E has hit a brick wall. Maybe you all should switch to Obama's Party.

Or dare I even suggest that 3 million votes were switched from Mitt to Obama? Is that too paranoid? I know, I know, it would involve thousands of people to perpetrate such a fraud and one of them would eventually slip up, but this is an age of electronic voting, and one smart hacker...

If there is one FReeper out there who is among those who didn’t vote...shame on you! I know some on here threatened not to vote because they didn’t care for Romney. There is never a perfect candidate. I didn’t like some of what Romney has done or said in the past. But I certainly haven’t liked anything Obama has done or said his entire life - and now we will all suffer another four years. I have no use for anyone who helped to hang us all out to dry, and helped to destroy our Republic. Just my rant for the season.

Did I say there’s no difference between the democrats and the republicans?

The additional Obama USSC appointees will make you look like a fool and we will all suffer for those appointees far into the future.

Rush: Do ya think that any of the missing three million are:

Unemployed, disabled, on food stamps, retired or on welfare?

They could not bring themselves to vote zero, but they could stay home.

“If we can get 3 million of our own party to get rid of BO, how the hell are we going to get hispanics, women, abortion lovers, etc.. to vote with us?”

Just taking a stab in the dark here..hows about the GOP running a conservative?

...hows about the GOP running a conservative?

If you can get even a dozen FReepers to completely agree on what "conservative" means, then you can talk about "running a conservative."

The perfect conservative candidate is too busy caring for his unicorns to campaign.

Because they voted and they haven’t been counted yet.

These moronic articles about a supposed Republican turnout gap need stop until the actual full vote totals are known.

As of today California ALONE has over 500,000 unprocessed ballots FROM ONLY SEVEN COUNTIES - most California counties haven’t even reported how many unprocessed ballots they have.

http://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/2012-elections/nov-general/pdf/unprocessed-ballots-report.pdf

We won’t know the actual total in California until December:

http://vote.sos.ca.gov/unprocessed-ballots-status/

“Unprocessed Ballots Status During each election cycle, hundreds of thousands of ballots are not counted on Election Day. Elections officials have approximately one month to complete their extensive tallying and certification work (known as the official canvass). Most notably, voting by mail has increased significantly in recent years and many vote-by-mail ballots arrive on Election Day. In processing vote-by-mail ballots, elections officials must confirm each voter’s registration status, verify each voter’s signature on the vote-by-mail envelope, and ensure each person did not vote elsewhere in the same election.

Other ballots that are processed after Election Day include provisional ballots (processed similar to vote-by-mail ballots), and ballots that are damaged or cannot be machine-read and must be remade by elections officials.

The Unprocessed Ballots Report (PDF) features unofficial county updates on the number of outstanding ballots that still need to be processed during the official canvass. This information is voluntarily reported by county elections officials and may not be complete. State law requires county elections officials to report their final results to the Secretary of State by December 7. The Secretary of State then has until December 14 to certify the results of the election.”

If you focused on Obama, you voted for Romney.

If you focused on Romney, you voted third-party.

If this is true, then put up a Conservative as they demand and watch them show up in droves. You keep putting up liberals like Romney and just watch them go down in flames. Wake Up and get the country a conservative. They sure showed up in 2010 when conservatives were running.

Whats the difference? It really doesn’t matter who runs. Many people are going to “bitch and moan”. Maybe romney wasn’t conservative enough. Still ore conservative than Obama. If they stopped someone from voting that person is a lazy coward. Many are in the Catholic church. Obama is coming after them and the church puts out a few Bishops to really really really object. Didn’t accomplish a damm thing except to nullify Republican efforts.

Rush Limbaugh: I understand what you're doing, but you gave us Bill Clinton, and now Barack Obama. Your vote is your vote. I understand. I saw this figure, I saw this three million didn't show up. I saw it yesterday morning. It didn't register. I even mentioned it at the beginning of this program. It didn't register 'til last night when I compared it. Had you guys all shown up, Romney would have beat Obama, popular vote, by 180 thousand. Those are hard numbers, real hard numbers. I don't know what it would have meant Electoral College-wise.

Ping for later
