AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do—that’s host. Get ready to what you were born to do—that’s listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).

Wow. Let us know what you decide. I wish I could move, but I don’t think BF would go for it.

Speaking of whom, the only chuckle I had today was remembering what he did on election night.

When I was on the phone with him, I told him not to tell me what was happening, because I had a feeling it wasn’t good. He ignored me, and kept punctuating our conversation with reports. “That MF’ing CS-er just won another state!”

It’s actually funny now.

The only tv I’m watching is Neil Cavuto at 4 on FNC and then at 8 on FBN. I don’t know why but he’s the only person on tv right now that I can tolerate.

It’s a deeply unsettling time in America. After the 08 election I turned on HGTV and The Food Network..and turned OFF Fox. Now even they are too political.

Sadly, the layoffs begin. Even McDonald’s sales dropped.

The people that voted for the O are going to find out just how hard life is going to become.

Would love to live in Bama on the ocean. Most likely just across the Potomac.

The exclusions from the Republican party’s inclusive convention were the Tea Party and Christian Right. If anything sealed their defeat, it was that snubbing.

Saw an article on Twitchy today that some Twitter users rejoiced when Obama was elected, because that means they’ll keep their foodstamps.

And apparently, there was a rumor circulating in certain communities that if Romney was elected, he was going to ban hair weaves. I’m not kidding.

We have right to work and right to fail...

I wouldn't mind Alabama, but I'm three states to the west of you. :-)

I remember way back in 1986 — We had two women running for Governor. The MSM (that was all we had back then, FOX was just starting up and talk radio hadn’t taken off then).

The media made a huge deal — OMG!! Two women — the NAGS were glowing. When Kay Orr the Republican won, they all wen’t away and she was forgotten by the national media except to criticize and bad mouth her.

She was responsible for bringing the just starting teleservices industry to Omaha. Omaha for awhile was the telemarketing capitol of the world.

Big start up back then was First Data, Telecheck, and Ameritrade

The DOW is dropping again as we speak.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Do you think most got caught off-position? Coal stocks were soaring prior to election. Back to green-fraud stocks, lol?
And then there is the sober and grim assessment of the future.
Also think avgs have broken/ or are close to breaking trendlines.
Uncertainty and unpredictability back in spades.
This doesn't really surprise me. It is, however, sad.
