According to this article, it was all about the money.
And now the Brits worship Obama.
No we dont.
Contrary to myth, most Brits and Irish couldnt care about the 2008 election. The minority who were were very vocal, but most Brits couldnt have cared less, in fact there was a public backlash against the ad nauseum election coverage on the BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5, Sky News, BBC radio, the major newspapers......
And in 2012, there is even more public apathy and even his minority vocalists here are much quieter.
