Election 2012: Obama gets his "revenge," but conservatives must stand tall
Michelle Malkin ^ | November 7, 2012 | Michelle Malkin

Ohio has been called for Barack Obama. Iowa went for Obama. Colorado went for Obama. Florida and Virginia have not been called yet, but those don’t look good, either. The Romney camp is disputing the Ohio call. Karl Rove on Fox News says it’s not over. But the numbers don’t add up for Romney. He was close. Valiantly close. But not close enough. (Update 12:57am – Romney called Obama to concede and delivered a gracious concession speech.)

The Romney/Ryan team fought well and hard, inspiring Republicans and conservatives across the country to get out the vote and fight for restoration of our founding principles and free enterprise.

We have so much to be proud of tonight:

*Diligent Tea Party activists grew the limited government movement and organized — producing winning candidates across the country at the local, state, and national levels.

*A new generation of citizen activists online helped contribute to the vigilant policing of media bias and White House lies on everything from Fast and Furious to Solyndra to Benghazi.

The TEA party has been great and I am so happy to have witnessed 1 MILLION people singing Amazing Grace in the Herat of DC. (Mount Doom LOL) But I have to say that when the Rats can steal an election in broad daylight ain’t much we can do. Now they have absolutely no reason to slow down. Or as he said, he has more flexibility.

Obama won the election by promising every sub-group a bunch of freebies while Conservatives told the truth about how freebies aren't free.
It's time to give the Libtards what they want. Let ALL the Bush Tax Cuts expire. Let Obamacare kick in. Don't protest unlimited abortions. Do nothing with the debt ceiling and tell the Libtards to deal with it on their own. Don't pass any budget or funding. Ignore the borders. Let the Ghetto Prez and Reid blame everything on the GOP.
Reid just got finished saying he wouldn't work with Romney had he got elected so turn about is fair play.
Get your guns, hold on tight and stand fast because this ride is about to get real bumpy. If anyone needs proof of what I say then one needs to look no further than the election map and realize the whole country is controlled by Rats in large urban centers that most Americans really could care less about.

Just what is the GOP/Romney economic plan? What was their social plans, their foundational principles....these losers were trying to pull an Obama style cover-up thinking they could appear to have a ‘better’ mousetrap and would tell us after they had the reins. Face it FReepers Romney was a third place loser in 2008 and learned nothing from that experience.
Romney/Ryan were a pair of hollow men.

Why oh why do we not recount the key states and accept the votes that just arrived from the military? It could make all the difference? There was a lot of cheating reported with the left as well. Where is everybody? We can be above them while doing this.

Even on the economy, Romney was pretty much muted because of Romneycare.

Unable to use any form of, the "flip-flopper" argument against Obama either.

You can believe what you want but it won’t change the facts. People stayed home because Mitt turned them off.

Given another Romney/McCain/Dole candidate in 2016, they'll stay home then too. Yet the G.O.P.e., never learns.

Actually, nominating/running moderates is a trend in the GOP—Think Gerald Ford, George H. W. Bush (who rode Reagan’s coat-tails to a single term), Bob Dole, John McCain, and, most recently, Mitt Romney. George W. Bush was a moderate/lib as well, but benefitted from the War on Terror. The exception here is Ronald Reagan, who won two landslides by running, and governing, as a true conservative.

There are none so blind as those who will not see.

Nixon was re-elected but run out of office before the end of his second term.

IMPEACH Obama over the international incident known as Fast and Furious. Also keep Bengazhigate on the front page.

Nixon was re-elected but run out of office before the end of his second term.

Still, we're stuck now with ObamaCare, which will pull us down from our first-world status to second-world, and perhaps even turd-world.
