I'm with you on the words, I have been saying the same thing for so long now. The word "GAY" has been corrupted to mean UGLY, I too want it back.
Therefore we should use it to our own advantage and often in as many conversations as we can. "I love my gay friends and family, I love gay parties", see how that works and it's easy. Gay...happy...lovely...delightful...pure clean fun......

Call them what they are "Homos", "Queers", "Fags", then there are others that I will not use.
I hate to tell you but they wear “queer” with pride also. They have no shame, but them they wouldn’t considering the mockery they make of something God ordained for two people of the opposite sex married to each other.

We're nearing the Christmas season and I'm fed up with the inevitable snickers and smirks when "Deck the Halls" is sung with the phrase "gay apparel". In the America I grew up, everyone knew the true meaning of the word and delighted in the carol. The country I grew up in during the 40's and 50's was a far better, less evil place than it's become today. Ike wasn't a perfect president but he was magnitudes better than the hateful homunculus now disgracing the White House.
