What kind of voting equipment did your polling place have? The new chad free system my town use is slower than the old punch cards. It takes considerable time to fill in the dots..

Why am I insisting on pointing out the deficit of integrity? Not because I particularly disagree that conservatives need to appeal to voters (duh!) or even because if we were to accept, as the GOP has done for 50 years at least, that they need to “win by 3%” or the Rats can steal it. The thing about this that startles me is that this means we aren’t on The Road to Serfdom anymore. We have arrived.
I had a patient years ago who grew up and lived in Italy in the30’s and 40’s. I was reading Herdotus at the time and remarked that maybe the old Persian generals were right. Tyrant is the best way to rule. “after all, the trains ran on time”. He laughed at me. “No they didn’t”, he said. “It was just pretty unhealthy to point that out”!
There are large numbers of our people who do not vote, simply because they are in blue states and are hopelessly outnumbered. I know several people in California that did not vote.
In addition, Obama ran a targeted campaign, concentrating his efforts on getting out the votes in the swing states of VA, NC, FLA & OH. In those states, independents came out in droves for Romney.
I remember how FURIOUS I was when RINORomney got the nod.
I DESPISED the dirty tactics he used to succeed.
I got over it.
I wanted to bet rid of O more than I wanted revenge on the RINOs.
ABOUT THREE MILLION OTHERS DID NOT. They stayed home. Hence all the other losses, too.

I read you. In a different way of expression I have agreed. We have arrived as in “welcome to the machine” In a forming machine. Bending is the gentle part. Its the punchouts and discarded. Trashed, basically because they don’t fit the form. It’s the process we’ve been in for awhile and there is recycle of this material as in redistribution.
I guess next time get an absentee ballot. That is probably what I’ll do. I don’t like standing in stalled lines.
Wake up, Romney loss to McCain in 08 and McCain was unelectable even with Palin’s juice. The RNC/GOP was put on the rocks by Bush/Rove, the pricks managed to enable the illegal invaders, chased off any libertarian, a lot of Evangelical and Conservative voters. The GOP picked Romney and tried to force this anti-conservative, pro-abort, pro-gay, pro-gubermint health, anti-2ndA big-guv statist on the rest of us. F__them!

Why would anyone vote for an all white version of the kenyan? There is NO DIFFERENCE between Romney and the kenyan.

In fact if you check the sec. of state website we had MORE voters in 2008 and didn’t stand in line. (If you want to believe it).
You are accusing them of staying home. They didn’t. That is what I am telling you. They DID vote. It just wasn’t counted.
I am telling you there was a line ALL DAY at that school and yet there were LESS votes than in 2008! REALLY? Do you believe that?
