And how does any of that negate the request that AZ SOS Bennett made, Onaka’s response that failed to verify any birth fact for Obama, and Hawaii statute’s requirement that every submitted fact that can be verified actually be verified?

Many people see the possibilities you mention as showing a necessity to continue working to get Obama and his enablers removed from any influence on USA society. I want to be with these folks. Of course I am being influenced by my memories of WWII and how the USA rose out of the dust of a very bad depression to help overcome two of the most despotic governments of history. A lesson for my lifetime.

Yes, Philip Berg, Gary Kreep and Orly Taitz are American heroes. In the face of intimidation, they pursue truth in a noble, non-violent, American way - through the American court system. We must stand with them against intimidation and threats.
i agree completely. here’s my observation on things:
what do all those so-intelligent RINOs like coulter, levin, geoorge will, brit hume, even rush limbaugh say now? before, they said forget the birth certificate crap — the only way to beat obama is on his failed policies. look where THAT got the country! they joined in with the dems and took pleasure in ridiculing and insulting arpaio, trump and taitz. those individuals, along with the people at wnd, alex jones, lord moncton, etc. are the courageous ones on the front lines taking lots of flack for their public views on the BC issue.
watching the follow-up conversations on foxnews, the RINOs still have not learned a thing from the election. they are going on and on about how they need to reshape the party to appeal to hispanics, how they need to rethink their stance on abortion, etc. karl rove was on running his mouth about how obama lost x% of the vote here, x% of the vote there. IT DOESN’T MATTER — OBAMA WON — AGAIN!
pete king, who I usually like, was on yesterday talking about the upcoming benghazi hearings and he said something like the republicans don’t want to make any trouble — they just want to know the facts. they don’t understand that in order to win, they HAVE TO PLAY HARD AND DIRTY. boehner should be at the forefront, demanding answers and actually taking action. instead, he’s up there congratulating obama and talking about how he’s looking forward to working with him. doesn’t he know or care that OBAMA IS INELIGIBLE?! the dems understand playing hard and dirty, which is why obama is where he is and romney is where he is and why harry reid is where he is.
playing HARD AND DIRTY includes using the birth certificate issue (can anyone say fraud?), the missing occidental, columbia and harvard transcripts, the unresolved SSN questions, the NBC issue. they should have hit obama hard with all this shit — even if they didn’t have any real, taangible evidence in hand — to cast doubt on obama and his integrity, just like the dems used bain over and over again to successfully cast doubt and negativity on romney. the romney camp should have used these tactics ad nauseum on obama. instead, they turned against the people (mentioned above) pursuing these issues and ridiculed them. they were so afraid of being called racists... well guess what? romney got callled a racist (along with woman hater, senior citizen hater and gay basher) anyway! and now the country is stuck with obama for AT LEAST 4 more years, stuck with obamacare (absolutely no chance to repeal it now!), the EPA, jarrett, panetta, axelrod, carney and the others. fast and furious is almost completely forgotten, holder got off easily and may now just slip away without any further questions or punishment.
in any case, that’s all history now. NEXT STEPS: personally, i’m not interested in hearing anything from boehner on how he’s looking forward to working across the aisle with obama, nothing about the benghazi hearings (which will amount to nothing more than more lying, obfuscation and contradictions), nothing more about voter fraud (a complete waste of time). the ONLY WAY to right the election is for someone, somewhere to come forward with absolute 100% fool-proof evidence of obama’s true identity, something which cannot be easily explained away. something which demonstrates an actual crime having been committed. if such evidence is found and presented, it doesn’t matter whether the MSM ignores it, or whether the USSC refuses to hear a certain issue. a crime is a crime and there would be no way other than to try, convict and imprison obama for such crime.
obama will get away with the benghazi murder of the Ambassador and the other embassy officials because no crime was actually committed. if a crime has been committed such as fraud on any of obama’s documents, then that would have to be investigated and for that to happen, we need ABSOLUTE PROOF, nothing less.
this process should be started now and hopefully it would force him to resign or be impeached.

Why on earth not? There is little to lose and we just might save the country. Maybe if the GOP had pursued this we would be in a different and much better place.
I agree with your philosophy, but to push it someone with enough clout or power needs to get it in front of a court. That is risky, as if it makes it to the Supreme court only the Lord knows what they would do with it.
I think we’ve lost the best way, which was to pursue it politically, and the GOP never would do this, they represent no one except their own interests.
But there are smarter and more creative people out there than I am, if we are lucky someone will find a way.

I’ve been consoling myself for a long time saying, “If I know all this stuff, surely people with the ability to do something know it, too.” I still think that is the case and I pray that they have a plan to save this country. The “birther” issue has the power to take him down. Someone in the know could save America by coming forward. What an awesome honor it would be to save the best nation on earth. There is Someone with the power to change hearts and maybe if we all thank Him for our gifts and politely ask for one more, He will give that person, that hero, the courage to step “forward”. Pray.
The only thing birthers accomplished was giving Obama and the Democrats an easy punchline and a distraction from more serious issues. Birthers have replaced 9/11 truthers as the group most people think of when they hear "conspiracy nut." It's depressing to think how many of our members consider themselves part of this lunatic fringe.
