As I write, it is not yet clear who has won the presidential election. Win or lose, though, Mr Obama was not and is not the president. The Hawaiian long-form “birth certificate” he publicly endorsed and posted at the White House website last year as proof that he was born in the jurisdiction of the U.S. and is thus constitutionally eligible to be president is a forgery.
I can prove it.
I have been asked to prepare an affidavit in one of the 80 court cases U.S. citizens have filed in the hope of persuading someone – anyone – in office to lift a trembling, liver-spotted finger and do something about the forgery.
The affidavit, which I shall be swearing today, is posted here, with the written permission of the plaintiff’s attorney.
In very simple language, the affidavit explains how mathematicians apply probability theory to determine the probability that suspect documents are genuine.
The diligent, unpaid heroes who have been investigating the dodgy document for more than a year on behalf of the people of Maricopa County, Ariz., have found a long list of irregularities in Mr. Obama’s identification documents.
I have used the investigators’ list to draw up a schedule of probabilities – one for each individual irregularity. The probability that the “birth certificate” and other Obama identity documents are genuine is just 1 in 75 sextillion.
I have used this method to catch con men before. I used it to demonstrate that Al Gore’s sci-fi movie was political, not scientific. The High Court in London ordered Britain’s Education Department to issue 77 pages of corrective guidance before the movie could be shown to innocent pupils.

Last night while I was upstairs checking FR, my wife switched to NHK (Japanese TV) coverage of the election. NHK is reporting that Obama was born in Kenya.

The title of the thread says it all. I think you're referring only to the "win or lose" part of the title. The second part deals with the US Constitution.

The majority of the voting public had to know his place of birth is in question. They are aware of the economy and foreign affairs being in poor shape.

The Hawaii state registrar, Alvin Onaka, has legally confirmed that he cannot verify any of Obama’s claimed birth facts - presumably because the birth certificate they have is not legally valid, since Onaka has verified that the claims on the White House BC image “match” (but are not identical to) the claims on the original record.
In addition he has confirmed that the White House image is NOT a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file”.
Without a legally valid record from Hawaii, there are no legally-determined birth facts for Obama saying he was born in Hawaii in 1961 to any US citizen. At BEST his eligibility cannot be legally known, and the chances of him having a non-valid BC if the claims on his Hawaii BC was correct is practically zero.
A legally non-valid BC for Obama explains why the 1960-64 birth index was altered to include names from legally non-valid records. Prior to Obama’s long-form forgery being made public, AP reporter Mark Niesse admitted in a public article that Obama’s name on the birth index list was the only concrete piece of evidence from the HDOH that Obama was born in Hawaii - yet now we know that the index tells us nothing about whether a legally valid Hawaii birth record exists for ANYBODY.
IOW, there is no positive evidence from Hawaii, and now the HDOH has confirmed that they have NO positive evidence of a Hawaii birth for Obama. And Obama posted a forgery to hide that fact.

There is clear LEGAL evidence of election fraud in every state in the union.
HI state registrar Alvin Onaka has legally confirmed that they have no legally valid BC for Obama, which means that the Official Certification of Nomination for Obama is known to be fraudulent. DNC Counsel Bob Bauer is known to have suborned perjury when he counseled Villaigarosa and Germond to sign it, since he was informed of Hawaii’s verification 4 days before the DNC Convention even began, and when he submitted that OCON he committed election fraud in every state capital in this country.

At this point it is legally known that every state had election fraud, without which Obama would have ZERO electoral votes. That’s legally as significant as EVERY vote being proven to be fraudulent.
If America doesn’t care and if nobody in the system will do anything about this, then I beg the Lord to finish this country off immediately, as we deserve.

Regardless of your opinion regarding the candidates or other citizens who have brought challenges, the challenges were brought pursuant to law. Keep in mind: the document underlying the image posted on the government website whitehouse.gov has never been presented to any election official or court.
