To counter Michelle Malkin:

The quintessential “American story” is no linger rags-to-riches through hard work and perseverance but it is surviving the street jungle and gaming the welfare system to find a fleeting moment of media fame.

Obamaphone lady is a prime example of the new American acheivement.

Obama won because ever since JFK, they want a cool celebrity in the White House, who is loved by Hollywood.

Might as well move the White House to Hollywood.

Nothing significantly wrong with Romney or his campaign. Nothing particularly stunning about Obama or his campaign.

This election was unequivically tipped by the corrupt, partisan MSM. They protected Obama at all costs and sought to denigrate Romney at all turns. It was like a prizefight where the ref kept handing Obama a pair of brass knuckles. That's how fair the election was.

It was NOT voting fraud that caused us the election. It is 100 percent in the lap of Romney and his cheerleaders.

Actually, it was neither fraud nor Romney. It was demographics. There are a lot more blacks, Latinos, Asians, young people and single women in today's electorate than there were in 1980. The Republicans need to make gains with one or more of these groups or they face long-term irrelevance.

the second thing is that Romney supporters did not take polls seriously. They were accurate and people blew them off.

Nobody here on FR (myself included) believed the polls. We were wrong. The media may lie, but pollsters' economic success depends on accuracy. We need to start believing them.

Yes. It’s not 1980 anymore.

Most Americans are lazy.

When they are told by the guys they listen to on Fox News that Romney will win in a landslide, and that the 0bama camp is worried and drawing small crowds compared to Romney’s confidence and huge crowds they start thinking they don’t have to waste any time and effort going to vote.

I don’t buy the Romney is a moderate to liberal republican excuse for him losing. Romney spoke about the 47 percent that weren’t going to vote for him and he was wrong. It’s well over 50 percent and climbing every day as the left continues to solidify their voting base.

While Coulter is a bit Northeast GOP oriented, Ingraham is a huge part of the problem. Ingraham is always willing to slam whomever is running against the Dims. She imagines she is helping, but what she is doing is helping Obama continue to blame Bush etc.

The Dim’s rally around their own. Ingraham always takes after our own.

What I have learned - As long as someone promises women can spread their legs with free and abundant birth control, and an abortion if necessary, they will always vote for you.

They do NOT want to talk about chasity or character, they want the right to screw whoever and whenever they are in heat, like Sandra Fluke. And if you dare suggest otherwise... it’s over.

Both of these women are good at what they do... one writes books and the other gabs it up on radio... but neither one has the guts to admit to themselves what the problem really is. American Capitalism and Liberty are incompatible with the dim party and their agenda. Racism and hate fill the left. IF either one of these women ever start to tell the truth... let me know.

You mean, we needed a tough guy candidate like Barry Goldwater?

Nobody's ever been as tough on Obama in person as Romney was in the first debate. He surged to a 5-point lead in the polls right after that, polls we now know were probably accurate all along. All he had to do was keep that up. Instead he ended the campaign whining about Obama attacking him, saying bland patriotic platitudes, and reciting a litany of economic statistics that went in one ear and out the other of the average dumbass voter.

All this is total B.S. No one saw this coming. We all thought basically Romney had it in the bag even though we all know he's a rino! We also did not realize how SPLIT the republican party is between conservatives who are telling the rinos/moderates to go GFT! The republican party deserves exactly what it got!

Well, I for one denounce the republican party today and will no longer be associated with it. THEY HAVE FAILED MISERABLY!

I will be an island to myself for conservatism! FU GOP/RNC you can never expect me to support another one of your candidates unless they pass MY test of conservatism. You've proven you can NOT win with rinos and we told you this time and time again, assklowns!!

Wrong. Coulter savagely, unfairly and disingenuously savaged EVERY Republican who ever ran against Romney in the 2008 and 2012 primaries. She did everything she could to nominate her pet northeastern moderate Republican. She also went after McCain in 2008 far worse than Ingraham's ever gone after anyone during an election. Coulter is the most dangerous conservative pundit in America. She makes everyone think she's a real conservative and then she destroys real conservatives when it counts.
