We lost. But Palin still pulled out 2 new TP Senators: Deb Fischer and Ted Cruz

Fischer, 61, a state legislator, easily won in a state that has trended more conservative in recent years.

Elected to the Nebraska legislature in 2004, Fischer upset two better-known opponents to win the Republican primary. She will succeed retiring Democratic Senator Ben Nelson.

Fischer has said she favors repeal of President Barack Obama's healthcare reforms and supports passage of a balanced budget amendment. She also supports more oil drilling and construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, which would go through Nebraska.

Kerrey was elected governor of Nebraska in 1982. He was elected to the U.S. Senate in 1988, re-elected in 1994 and sought the Democratic nomination for president in 1992. He also served as member of a commission looking into the September 11 attacks.

At least Palin got two big winners.

Deb Fischer - Nebraska (diplacing one D seat in the Senate) Ted Cruz - Texas (beating the RINOs to get the seat of an old RINO)

Nebraska has truly become a Red State. Thanks to TP/Palin Team.

Across the country, some local TP candidates lost because they were dragged down by the national ticket. Allen West and Mia Love(?) lost in FL. So sad.

Thank God for Sarah Palin! It is the end of the Republican Party (RINO’s) and now time for a REAL conservative TEA PARTY to fight the real fight for America!

No more RINO’s will be supported by this Military American!

Anybody what to start a lottery on naming the day Bob “ol’carpet-bagger” Kerry announces his intention to move back to New York?

Palin didn't pull out any victories. Palin didn't run for anything. Palin never explicitely endorsed the nominee.

Forget Palin. She has been trivialized and is not an influence.

Any GOP candidate could have won those seats. Romney won them by 13% and 16%. Palin had nothing to do with it. Now, if Palin’s endorsement had helped Mourdock and Akin win, I’d have been impressed. I like Palin personally, but her political judgment stinks to high heaven. She helped take out RINOs during the primaries in swing or blue states who would have won in the general. She cost us 2 Senate seats in 2010 and another 2 this year.

Damn, you Palin worshippers just don't let go, do ya?

First, you put a fake headline up, then try to interpret it to suit you. The article you link to does not even MENTION Palin. Talk about grasping at straws.

And a Hispanic R wins in Texas. Wow...did you think they would elect a Democrat? And NO articles I could find about his victory mention Palin as the reason he won.....none.

Palin is like many other likeable conservatives...likeable (to many), but not electable to national office.

So just lean back and watch her as she does what she does, and quit pimping her for something she ain't.

Ted Cruz - Texas (beating the RINOs to get the seat of an old RINO)

Sarah Palin had little to nothing to do with Ted Cruz winning in Texas. He had broad support all over the state and none of that had ANYTHING to do with Sarah Palin. I was a Cruz supporter and can assure you that Palin had little to do in the scheme of things with Cruz winning.

Palin’s political instincts are phenomenal, and she endorsed Aiken’s opponent in the primary, not Aiken.

Palin moved the Senate right with Fischer and Cruz.

No, but I'll start one betting he has already slinked back there within three months.

Texas sized GOP U.S. Senate Nomination captured by Cruz - Shows Palin Power
ELECTION 2012AUGUST 1, 2012

“”The anointed Texas political establishment contender, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, was leading in the GOP runoff race to capture the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. He had a who’s who list of solid republican mainstream backers. Most state and national election experts had already inked Dewhurst into the senatorial win column.

Yet, in the conservative voter trenches of Texas, the real who ’s who that truly counted was the voters and a Tea Party movement that would not say die or give up. In their corner was the former Alaskan Governor named Sarah “I’m Not Afraid to Fight” Palin. Palin endorsed Ted Cruz, and Ted Cruz won! Boy did he win.

But that is not the whole story. GOP insider politics in Texas had Dewhurst leading comfortably. In fact, in one corner of the political ring was Dewhurst, and the royalty of Texas politics who came out in a big way for the 66-year-old Dewhurst. The Lt. Governor even loaned $24 million from his fortune to his campaign to insure his win.””

“In a Republican primary, everyone claims to be conservative and voters are pretty cynical. They are tired of these candidates that sounds great on the stump. They say they are going to cut spending, they get into the office and they become spineless jellyfish,” Cruz said. “I think conservatives trust Sarah Palin that if she says this guy is a conservative, that he is a real deal.”

AND TED CRUZ IS A LIAR! LOLOL! OF COURSE, PALIN DID NOTHING BUT _____ . Whatever you say, man. You’re CK and Rove in your own right.

***Sarah Palin might have been sitting out this year’s Republican National Convention, but that does not mean that she has been forgotten by the party faithful in Tampa.

Especially not by Ted Cruz, who credits her endorsement with helping him beat Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst in the race for the Texas GOP Senate nomination.

While speaking with POLITICO’s Mike Allen this morning, the Texas Republican Senate nominee called Palin’s endorsement “game-changing.”

“If you look at the senate races across the country this cycle and last cycle, Governor Palin has had a game changing impact one after the other,” explained Cruz.***

From your lips to her ears...by way of God, I hope!

I ask myself, had this been Palin and a hard-fought campaign over true conservative principles would I feel as bad today? Yes and No, I guess, but as much as I respect Gov. Romney as a person, I know that conservatism was not what this election was about.

Very happy to see Bob Kerrey hauling his carpetbag back to NY. We need more Senators like Deb Fischer.

Palin got Cruz elected? BS! If anything, Mark Levin made him a household name. Palin is a political flirt, nothing more.

They are recipient of SarahPAC:

http://sarahpac.com/candidates

http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/05/15/palin-effect-fischer-wins-nebraska-primary

BREITBART.COM CREDITED SARAH FOR DEB’S WINNING THE PRIMARY AGAINST . The rest of the GOPE including Rice came in late 2012.

Who is better? You or a Breitbart-sponsored article?

Sorry if the above offends. But I’m just stating a fact.

But you are acting like the Democrats! Calling it a straw because of your ignorance of Deb’s history doesn’t not make above either inaccurate or misleading.

The fact is there. You just don’t know it. [Or obviously you’re rooting for one candidate in 2016 and you’re just trying to silence the field with your ëlectability syndrome! Nice!]

I can’t wait to hear your own/next electable R to win the primary in 2016.

Palin is flirt?

Then what do you call all those GOPers in the Congress who just recently funded the Obamacare? Prostitutes? or Prostitues of GOP/E?

And Rush is what? A big fat call boy?

And you? You’re the genius of them all. LOL!

Sorry friend. But Levin is a main personal friend of Palin and exchanging notes when it comes to supporting a wannabe. And the relationship is symbiotic.

If you can’t find one single elected politician to discredit Evil Sarah, you looked for a commentator/pundit! Your argument is actually a classical example of a straw.

Yes, Palin is just a political flirt, the “will she” or “won’t she” issue she went through for months only to decide not to after getting boatloads of donations. If anyone gives her credit they are simply playing the game and trying to be nice. She has little effect on voter turnout.
