The reduction in our nuclear arsenal is critical. When only 150 Minuteman missiles are on line he can give the order for SSBNs to return to port. Once they are securely in port he can let Putin know - no second strike capability. The termptation will be irresistible to the KGB man Putin.

He did say that he would have a lot more freedom once he was reelected.

5. Take over of all industry

7. Pull troops out of Korea and Germany
